I purchased the oversized laptop bag to accommodate my 15 MacBook Pro. I use this bag every day for my commute to work and overall the leather has held up well. Only a couple weeks after owning the bag the zipper broke and is unable to close (if you feel the zipper you know that the metal is not quality craftsmanship so this is not surprising). I could live with the zipper and just dealt with the annoyance. Yesterday on my way to work I was wearing the bag over my shoulder and suddenly there was a snap and my bag hit the concrete hard. To my dismay the buckle had broken on the strap as once again the metal was of terrible quality. If you look at the first picture you will note that the second buckle for the strap is also almost completely broken. I thought my laptop was okay as the screen was not harmed but unfortunately one of the laptop key mechanisms completely broke. Apple now needs to send my computer away for a 5 day fix to completely replace the keyboard. I want to clarify that the bag was not too heavy and only contained a laptop, an umbrella, and pens. This break was completely due to the low quality product and manufacturing. I emailed the company, described the accident, included photos, and simply asked is there any way that I may obtain a new laptop strap as I dont want to carry this bag every day? The response was We are sorry for the trouble the bag caused for you . We checked your order, and find that your bag has been out of our warranty.... Kindly note that we are really concerned about this issue. Here is the link for you to our store if you need other bag in the near future : https://www.amazon.com/S-ZONE I dont need a new bag I need a new strap because your extremely low quality product broke and damaged my computer! This companys products are low quality. and the customer service was useless. I do not recommend.

I liked almost everything about this bag, but it isnt as durable as expected. From the picture you can see the metallic closures are so strong they have ripped through the canvas rather than open

I love this bag!!!!!!!! As a mom and graphic designer, this bag has room for everything I need no matter where Im going. It has a laptop padded pocket for when I have to work on the go, (fits my 15 inch MacBook) and another large pocket for a diaper and wipes just in case. I love the 2 side bottle pockets, perfect for water bottles, sippy cups and even my sunglasses. Lots of pockets, inside and out, easy access to my keys and phone. It fits cross body, which is necessary to keep hands available with my toddler. Also adjustable strap so I can wear as a purse, shirt and easy to grab. Such a perfect bag!!!

I am very particular about purses, backpacks, and work bags. I bought this for my job to carry all sorts of things my old bag couldnt. I have my beauty products, some body spray, medicine, snacks, two notebooks, my PS vita for my break, my phone, 2 things of lotions (COVID has me washing my hands a lot, kinda need it), my lady wallet (We all have big wallets or so I am told), and other random things. It fits all of that and more, while being heavy it holds up wonderfully and I love the style. Couldnt be happier!

I’ve been using this messenger bag for school for a while now and it’s lasted really well. Besides the fact that it cannot stand on its own since it has no base for stability, it is INCREDIBLY durable! Even the strap on the bag hasn’t shown any signs of wear! This bag is comfortable and durable, definitely worth what I paid for it

I love everything about this bag. It holds my laptop, Kindle, iPad, a book, bottled water, sketchbook, notebook, pens... and all the smaller things I need throughout the day as well. It’s exactly the right size for what I need!

I purchased this a while back and just started using it consistently and I love it. It is pretty big and the strap is adjustable it has multiple compartments including one for ur laptop, and it comes in handy. I would repurchase for sure.

This bag seems to check all the boxes, except one. It is hard to rate because it I DO really like the bag. I bought the dark grey one. The first day I wore black dress pants so I didnt notice the dye rubbing off. The second day I wore light aqua jeans (not easy to replace) when I got home I realized the problem. My pants looked horrible. I immediately washed them and most of the dye washed out but it is sill very much noticeable. Today I will be washing them again with a stain remover. Hopefully it will work. I just thought it would be nice to give future buyers a heads up that they might have a problem. Other than that it is a very nice bag.

Pros: Perfect size, durable, fashionably professional. Cons: No shoulder strap, laptop padded pocket isnt big enough. Story time (tl;dr: its secretly waterproof): I live in southern California, where it never rains. I bought this bag knowing full well the other reviews and answered questions said its not waterproof. I could have put scotch guard on it. But I didnt. And then we had a storm. Im from Seattle originally and I smirk at the Californians dodging raindrops, but I assure you, this was some next level Biblical stuff. I packed this bag with my items: my laptop (in a neoprene sleeve), my charger, two library books, and my passport. I threw on my raincoat and rainboots and headed out into the storm. I had to walk half a mile to the school where I work. From my apartments front door to the parking lot, my pants were already soaked through. The roads were flooded about three inches, easily covering my feet. I was confident in my rainboots ability to keep my feet dry. One block later, my rainboots were full of water; my pants were so wet that they dripped down inside my boots. Another block later, my socks are squishing and I can feel the water on my pants oozing upwards toward my rear. By the fourth block, even my underwear, though covered by my raincoat, were soaked through. And my S-Zone canvas bag was bumping against my rear. I lost all hope. I had visions of library fines for the water-damaged books dancing in my head, and I worried my passport would be ruined and I would have to pay for a replacement, and I figured my charger was toast but hopefully the neoprene on my laptop would save it. I didnt even think they might be ok; I figured like myself, everything was soaked to the bone. I got to my classroom and opened my bag to salvage the contents. It was DRY. Everything is PERFECTLY FINE. My passport is pristine, my library books are safe, there wasnt a single drop on my charger, and my laptop case was cold but not damp at all. On the outside, the bag was soaked. But everything survived on the inside. For that reason, I give this bag a 10/10. As soon as it dries, Im going to give it a good scotch guard treatment to make sure it can pull that off again.
