Good bearings. I have used these in a variety of 3D printed projects. They exhibit a little more friction compared to the bearings found in fidget spinners, but they will last much longer I am sure.

Some bearings roll smoother than others. Most of them are pretty stiff but you can oil them for some decrease in friction. The plus is the diametric tolerances are pretty good according to my calipers. OD 22 +.04 -.04, ID 8 +.03 -.05 which is great and they work great for my low speed purposes

This is a very high quality bearing. As others have stated, its got a good thick lubrication applied. Out of the box, they are perfect for heavy loads. For most tinkering and crafting where you want as little friction/resistance as possible, youd probably want to heat these a little and get rid of that lube to install a lighter weight lubrication. Other bearings might spin better out of the box, but the quality will probably be lower. Id recommend these bearings.

Bought these for a custom fidget spinner. With the original grease, it spun around twice. Two rotations. I removed the dust covers and grease and they worked much better (though obviously dont do that on a skateboard)

Ive used these for around a year in a few applications and overall if youre looking for something low speed with radial only (no axial) load then these will probably be fine. Anything high speed (greater than around 200 rpm) will quickly destroy the bearings and anything with any axial load will quickly destroy the internal balls. I used these in a cnc router as guide for lead screws and the axial load destroyed them in less than 20 total hours of use.

Pros: - Cheap - Comes with shipping oil to keep out any grit/grime Cons: - The QC is awful I purchased two packs of these to use for a project and found that 10 of the 40 bearings had issues. Many were minor such as small dents/dings in the shields, but there were a few where the entire inner or outer bearing piece has been chewed to bits. If youre going to buy these, make sure you buy extras since about a quarter of them might be faulty. Since this was fulfilled by Amazon, Im unable to contact the seller for replacements and dont want to return the rest. Still three stars though, you get what you pay for.

They come coated in thick greasy shmoo and dont spin well at all. but a few liberal sprays of WD-40, spinning it a few times in-between sprays, and they spin real nice. about 4 out of 5 spin well so far, some have what feels like metal bits in them that prevents super smooth spin. i havent taken the lid off of them, just sprayed the sides, and the WD-40 works its way inside. for 10$ getting 20 of these, even if only half worked, i would have been happy. im using these for robotics, not skateboards. packaging is a little lacking, but ive seen worse

Inexpensive option for non performance related projects where the bearing must spin but does not need to spin freely/loosely (ex a carousel vs a fidget spinner). -- 100% worked for what I needed but will likely look for a different freer spinning bearing on my next purchase.

The ball bearings did do what they were supposed to, but didn’t do it well. The bearings were heavily greased to the point of no free spin. With a nice isopropyl bath they end up working for what I needed them for.

Used these in a small lawn windmill. Only needed 2 but have plenty of spares.
