Greater than one weekI use this monitor for general personal home use and it is perfect. The display is clear and the colors are brilliant. I was concerned by some of the more technical criticism of this monitor before I purchased it but after a couple of months using it I could not me more satisfied.

> 3 dayI just got a new Mac Mini M2 and I needed to get a monitor for it. I really like curved monitors (even though there dont seem to be many of them made) and I wanted to get a 27 monitor, so this one seemed to fit the bill for my budget. Its not a 4k monitor, but Im coming from a 2013 iMac, so I figured the screen has got to be better than my decade old iMac right? Wrong. The first thing I noticed was that all the text on the screen was a little blurry. It wasnt unreadable, but I definitely had to focus my eyes a bit more to be able to read it. Some of icons had a bit of fuzziness in their appearance as well. I never had this issue on my old iMac and this was driving me nuts. I did some research into the issue and the bottom line is, you will never get anything close to what you see on an iMac unless you buy an Apple monitor, which is insanely expensive. Apples monitors have almost quadruple the pixels (typically 5K or 6K monitors) and then they downscale the resolution so everything doesnt appear tiny. With a 2K monitor, it just doesnt have enough pixel density to display everything clearly. I did find out that Apple has enabled font smoothing by default because they assume you will be using a retina display. You can turn this off at the command line (or through your Settings if using an older version of MacOS). It did help to reduce the blurriness of text for me, but now the text appeared jagged. From everything I read, the best compromise is to get a 4K monitor to get greater pixel density. It still wont be perfect (definitely not like what youll see on a Apple retina monitor), but at least it will be a step up. I actually sent this one back to Amazon and Im now hunting around for a 4K monitor. I think Im going to go with the Samsung S80A or Dell S2721QS. If you use Windows, this monitor would probably be perfectly fine to use. With Apples combination of using high-end monitors and then downscaling the resolution, it can be really hard to make this look perfect on Apple computers.

> 3 dayLove this. Perfect for any application. Only beat by the $3,000 Apple 30 monitors I have.

> 3 dayDidnt like it. The resolution is poor, everything looks too big. When I bought it, it said it was 2k in the description which it isnt. I wanted a big monitor for use in music production. Being able to use different working windows at the same time, organized through the monitor area, but as said, everything looks to big so is useless for me. Will return it and get another one with higher resolution.

Greater than one weekJust got it today, but sofar its a great monitor. Easy to set up, looks and feels great, the back is plastic but has a very nice cloth texture on it. Is plug and play, but I noticed it wont sync or automatically use 75hz mode without downloading the driver, at least on my system it wouldnt. But it did let me switch it manually. Once driver was installed it selects the proper mode automatically. My only complaint is how unstable it seems. Let me clarify this a bit, it is a sturdy stand with no reason to think it will fall over, but light bumps to the desk make this shake like crazy, getting used to it, but its unnerving at first. Edit - After having the monitor about 6 months the top of the screen has started to separate from the body of the monitor. It has had daily use, but it hasnt moved since i placed it. Hope this is a one off and I just got unlucky and its not a reg thing for this model because until now Ive really enjoyed it.

> 3 dayThis is a great monitor. Curved more than normal but no distortions at the edges. Will handle any fast moving graphics. Would definitely recommend to others and would buy again.

> 3 dayDidnt purchase for gaming. Got it for my office. Love it and saved $50 by purchasing the opened box missing an HDMI cable. No cable no problem and otherwise perfect. Never shy away from the open box to save money...did before with several purchases and always great. If ever not great...hey its prime free returns cant lose.
