Drive arrived onetime as promised , was easy to install into external Huband is working very well

This was a great buy I replaced my old hard drive out of my MacBook Pro 2010 installed this SSD and 16g of ram ...now it’s running faster than ever

I used this hard drive in my 13inch macbook pro to replace the primary hard drive. It worked like a charm and gave my computer many more years of life because of the increased speed.

Using it as an outboard drive and it works on an iMac with out problem and the price was right too!! ;)

Bought on discount , upgrade from a old hd can really feel the perf increase

So I actually returned the product but changing review from one star to five on benefit of the doubt. Basically after return I bought another drive off the shelf at the store only to have the same problem. After looking at the problem more in depth I realized the error was on my part. Most drives you can just plug in and it works but this one didn’t even show up. Turns out I had to go to the disk manager to see the thing. From there I could initialize the drive and assign a drive letter BEFORE it would let me format the drive and use it.

Never had much to do with ssds. Needed to replace my main drive so i ordered this since they are so popular and i had an ssd there already. Had a little trouble cloning it and the samsung tools were useless on my system so i used Acronis. After two tries of cloning it started working. It was a little sluggish at first. But after a day or so it started working just fine so i am good.
