    Ive fallen in love with this line of Samsung external SSDs. I bought a T5 last year during Black Friday and it has been wonderful. I needed this faster T7 because I wanted to connect it to my Galaxy Note 20 Ultra to backup pics and vids. I also backup my wifes Note 8 with this. I would then transfer our 600GBs of backups to an external 4TB Toshiba X300 HDD (recommend that too!).

    I bought this drive to use with my Atem Mini pro and it simply could not keep up. I have used a variety of thumb drives with no problem. This drive repeatedly just stopped recording during usage. Compete fail.

    I use this for archiving my high-resolution photos (deep-space astrophotography). Ill archive in the neighborhood of 200 GB per week, and I want to do it fast. This SSD is blazing fast! Im super satisfied with it.

    First external hard drive that I have bought for gaming. This SSD is lightning fast and it runs all the games (MW19, Ghosts of Tsushima & God of War) that I want to run as fast as Ive ever been able to play them before. It is a bit expensive but Im glad I paid up. 10/10 would recommend.
