So far, after several months of use, its the best portable drive that Ive ever had. With owning roughly a dozen portable drives this is the smallest, fastest drive that Ive owned. Its my first SSD drive and yes, its a lot more expensive, but I wont be going back to HDDs!!

have not had success with the product working bought 2 one started having issues just under a year and one month later the 2nd one is acting up ...the manufacture is supporting the product but its a hassle to ship and go through the RMA process with all the steps

Its pretty fast, the USB C interface works like a charm on Windows, MacOS, and even android phones. The USBC to USB2 adapter is a lifesaver. Aint nothing wrong with it so far.

I live the size and speed of this very portable external disk. It is rugged and extremely fast over USB-C. I use it all the time to move photos off my MacBook Pro. The only down side was the original formatting which was unstable as ExFat and nearly cost me some files. The original format would allow it to go between Mac and Windows machines but I had no need of that ability so i reformatted it to Mac OS Extended (Journaled) format. That has been steady and can be repaired by Disk Warrior if the directory goes bad. One thing to be extra careful of is to eject the drive in the operating system before physically removing it. It reacts badly to being removed before being ejected. Other than this sensitivity, it’s a superb high-speed Drive.

SANDISK è per me un simbolo di garanzia! L’HD SSD da 500Gb l’ho acquistato per il trasferimento delle immagini della fotocamera e del drone quando sono in vacanza, ma anche dei documenti di viaggio o delle copi di quelli personali inseriti in una sezione crittografata del disco, tramite app scaricabile. Lo trovo portatile, sottile e capiente, la velocità di lettura e scrittura ottima, la finitura gommata e la colorazione bellissima e utile! Insomma per il mio uso, tra iMac e macbook macchina fotografica e drone è indispensabile! Lo consiglio sia per l’ingombro inesistente sia per la capacità di archiviazione.
