These were for my solar 12v 35ah solar set up to connect to 12v 35ah batteries together parallel. They work fine, with minimal heat on them when running a 1500watt load on the 120v inverter. Solid cables, lugs, and flexible too!

They are VERY flexible, meaning there are a high number of very fine strands, which is a far more expensive wire, commonly referred to as welding wire. The wire is marked, including the AWG size, but because of such short lengths, it only ended up showing on one of the two I was provided. The terminal ends are thick enough for high amperage, as you would expect, and are marked 2 x 3/8 for two gauge and a 3/8 diameter hole for a post or bolt. The shrink tape is fully shrunk to make full contact with the insulation, but there is no glue oozing out, so I cant say if there is glue in there or not. True marine grade requires a special type of glue (that stands up to salt water). I have to assume that there is no glue in these, despite them saying they can be used for marine in the ad. I think for fresh water you would be fine. For salt water, you may want to be a little more picky. But other than that, these seem to be a high quality cable. I would not hesitate to use them in a solar project, even near the ocean where the salt is in the air, but your battery system is unlikely to get wet from rain and well protected from it.

These cables are very thick and short. Ill be using them to connect two LifePO4 batteries beyond that the length will preclude their use for anything else.

Added a 4th Battle Born lithium battery to my RV and these worked like a charm! Very flexible and they carry the electrical load well.

My husband got these to allow for a connection between the contactor and motor controller for an electric UTV. These are quality gauge and the lugs are attached firmly.

These were a little shorter than what I needed (my fault for not double checking measurements in the car) but they are very good quality. The cables are thick and well protected and the lugs are securely attached.

I got these cables for connecting a 2000W inverter to my 12V battery bank. Four gauge is actually a bit undersized if I’m drawing the maximum 2000W. But because this inverter is being used solely to provide backup power for running computer network equipment (e.g., router, switches, POE access points, etc.), the combine draw of all devices is nowhere near 2000W. I tested using these cables for over 30 minutes. The cables were still cool to the touch.

This is high-quality wire. These battery cables work like a charm for my solar system. The heavy gauge battery cables are perfect for parallel wiring my two 100AH LiFePO4 batteries. They have strong connectors that can be connected or disconnected easily. They are super flexible and heat resistant. They are so easy to work with. They are a high-quality cable. They are top of the line and you cant go wrong.

I moved a battery in my trailer and used the old battery box as a location for an Inverter and for a solar charge controller. I needed some short cables to connect these with and so when these items became available, I ordered them. Here is what I found:
