I was skeptical about buying this as an extra storage for my ps4 at first. After I received it and started moving all my data from my ps4 to it I was impressed. It is a life saver and I couldnt be happier with it.

Needed a bigger size for my PS4 and read reviews on this claiming it was great. It has been great for me. No problems at all. Lots of room for multiple games. Easy to plug in and transfer games and no hassle of configuration.

I’ve only had this device for a couple months and it already crashed on me… Making beeping noise and not working when I have storage on the device for PS4.

My RGB light doesn’t work and it literally takes forever to transfer my files.

I bought this thinking it was going to alleviate the space on my ps4. When I connected the External HD to my ps4, my ps4 said the HD wasnt supported. Definitely disappointed to find out that a PS4 External HD by Seagate wasnt supported by PS4. Dont waste your money, time and energy. Find a different product or you will end up returning as fast as it took you to take it out of the package.

I thought I had to extra set up or manually store games in it, but after I setup as a new device, my ps4 recognized it as an extra storage and automatically stored all the games I downloaded into it. I have nearly 100 games in it, and I only used like 50% lol. I think its going to last till ps5 comes out lol

Its an amazing product and gives you lots of storage with no slow down on your ps4. Only problem is if power goes out it has to be repaired or your data gets corrupt.
