Works better than described, very fast, especially when moved data from the internal storage to this device. Very expensive though, especially considering its only 1TB. Overall it is an essential add for any XBox series X/S, as the internal storage will fill up rather quickly.

This seagate expansion card is about as plug n play as it gets. It takes longer to take out of the box then the setup. It treats the extra storage like your internal ssd storage for the series X. Until the 500 GB and 2TB versions release, this is the only option for now and it will cost you. I wish Microsoft and Seagate would have had a special for Black Friday. You are paying a premium for the plug n play.

Awesome drive for the Xbox Series X if you need extra space for the X/S versions of games. Its a little pricey but worth the pickup.

Bought this 6 months ago. It was basic plug and play. Cant get any easier than that. Xbox series x games transferred lightning fast...it worked for awhile smoothly without any issues. Until recently. Doesnt recognize the games or its basically corrupted and the games are deleted. Thankfully I had only 2 new xbox series x games on it. But those looking to expand memory on new xbox series x games, be warned that it may be corrupted and deleted. Keep waiting for a new version.
