Product works as advertised. Arrived with the lid loose and half the contents spilled into the envelope.

I saw a lot of people raving over Tokonole but, personally, Id rather use Gum Tragacanth. I think Gum Trag gives a smoother, slicker edge.

This is by far the best leather edge finish Ive used! I switched from Feibings Saddle Soap to this, and wont be going back any time soon. My process includes sanding from 400-1500 grit, and then application of the Tokonole Gum with a microfiber clothe.

So glad I found a great inexpensive solution to my leather issue. I bought a beautiful leather item that was not well finished on its edges and fleshside. The black dye would rub off on my hands and items. Edges were also a bit sharp. I found many others used tokonole to smooth out edges and shine the fleshside. So I decided to try it. My jar arrived sealed in plastic wrap and it did not bust during shipping. Mine also came with instructions in english but I didnt really need them.

Die schnelle Lieferung hat mich positiv überrascht. Preis ist etwas zu teuer aber es scheint ein gutes Produkt zu sein und deshalb kann man es ausprobieren wenn man es für seine Leder Bearbeitung braucht

I like using beeswax to burnish, but cannot deny that the results from Tokonole are far better. Additionally, it would also appear that Tokonole treated edges are more resistant to wear and tear than beeswax treated edges, but I havent really tested this. One drawback to this stuff is that it takes more time and care to apply compared to beeswax.

better than wax, water, and other oils for perfect edges
