> 3 dayWe just moved into a new home-no carpet, just vinyl plank flooring. My care instructions for the floor say no brush vacuum as this can damage the floor over time (abrasive). Im 76, arthritic and wanted something cordless. This was the only brushless cordless vacuum I could find. Just gave it a first try this morning. Took me about five minutes to clean my living-dining-kitchen area. Sucked up the crumbs and dog fur just fine. Easy to use. Easy to get under furniture (which was harder with a conventional broom). Took me about 20 minutes to sweep with a conventional broom, so this will be a real time saver. Easier on my back, too. Disregard reviews that complain about low suction on carpets. It is not designed for carpet. It does work well on hard floors. The dust cup is a bit small, so with pet fur you will have to empty frequently, but that is easy. Also when charging, a blue light flashes, and in a dark room this is like having a blue lighthouse in your room. But I am happy with my purchase and it will make my life much easier. Also I got the white one because it was $50 less expensive than the blue one. Have no idea why, but $99 seemed like a much better deal than $149!

> 3 dayLight weight and looks nice. Convenient stand. Maneuvers well but honestly I wish I would not have spent the money. It does not have the suction that I have hope for and it does not work on a carpet at all or even a mat. Great on hardwood floors.

> 3 dayfor a five star rating on individual features? Two reasons. One is it has a round hole in the middle of the carpet attachment which means there is space on each end which apparently is for show rather than doing anything. The other reason is when you put it in the holder to charge or store a sneeze or sigh will make it tip over because of the holder not being high enough and it doesnt clip in strongly. I found that two uses of it is when it needs to recharge. The cup is small, but easy to rinse out. The rack seems to have a spot for three items to live in the attachment layer but I can only use two of them so the one in the middle stays empty. I have yet to find a good way to store the charging cord and I feel that the design could have been better. It does suck up the dirt without the need for a beater brush and I will use it for a long as it works. The handheld aspect is handy for the car and places the larger attachment (floor) doesnt work.

> 3 dayI use this every day, both as a stick vacuum and a hand vac. Its powerful, very light weight and holds a good charge. I charge it overnight a couple of times per week. Its easy to store in its own stand and the hand vac detaches easily. The only drawback is that it cant stand on its own and has to be carefully balanced against a counter or furniture if youre interrupted while vacuuming. Mine has taken a few falls but keeps on working.

> 3 dayI’ve used this just once. And so far I love it. I’d give it a except how short the battery life is. Was probably 20 min or so and feel like an hour would be more reasonable. BUT it was long enough to vacuum my steps and most of the downstairs (about 850 sf). Did a great job and was pretty much what I expected otherwise. Love the different attachments and being able to use as handheld or for floors. Will update if anything changes as it gets more use.

Greater than one weekThe long extension works best on hard floors. Barely works on carpet/rugs. Without the long extension, it works great.

> 3 dayThe first one came damaged but Amazon made it right. We wanted something for quick clean up on the hard flooring downstairs. Kitchen, living room, entry. Our pets and kids can dirty up the place in no time. My wife picked this one. She made a good choice. The charge lasts long enough for what we do with it. Its light weight makes it good for the stairs. We use it for the rugs. The handheld function is good for when the kids leave crumbs on the chair. Its great for hitting the kitchen after cooking and eating. The dog hair accumulates along the baseboard almost daily. This is good for that. Its easy to empty out. I would prefer it to hang on the wall when not being used. We keep it in the garage on its stand. It would be nice if the stand was a bit heavier. There are tons of these cordless vacuums out there. This is the only one weve had. Id buy it again. We like sharks.

> 3 dayThis unit arrived from Amazon Warehouse and had a broken catch. All of the catches are cheap and do not look to last long. This device is really constructed cheaply -- it says Made in China and they arent kidding. It is definitely the quality I expect from Made in China. Amazon Warehouse described it as in acceptable condition but it had obvious flaws and was damaged. Clearly a recycled return of a defective product. If broken is acceptable, then maybe they didnt mislead me. Otherwise very bad product by Shark and very bad service by Amazon warehouse.
