This is the only oil other than olive oil that I cook with. No heavy aftertaste, and works well for dressings as well.

If you need a vegetable oil this is the one to buy. Canola oil will kill you. Coconut oil is better for cooking because it doesnt splatter but for other baking needs this is the one.
