This set doesn’t stick properly. Don’t waste your money

I used to stir fry a lot with this canola oil. It is clear and tastes good. You can make spicy oil or sesame oil with it.

This is delicious to go with rice and water for a heart warming soup on a cold day. It is the ramen of my choice. I will also add some veggies such as cabbage or lettuce, carrots, onions, or some chicken.

Two servings rice + 2 pkgs + hot water = amazing light breakfast. OR before bed fall/winter snack. OR midnight snack. Yummy
