> 3 dayEvery once in a while, well tell Alexa to turn off a light and she cant find it. We end up powering it down manually and then re-starting it and Alexa is fine after that. On the whole, though, they work. Weve been able to automate most of the lights in our living space with these plugs or smart bulbs. Were pretty pleased except for the occasional Alexa brain fart. UPDATE: its been a month since we ordered these and theyre not working properly. Weve tried turning them off and on, re-synching them with Alexa, and they just wont cooperate. Were returning them.

> 3 dayOrdered the first set - one had no power, the other had power but would not pair to our 2.4g wifi. Ordered replacement set the same day, & they arrived the next day - both had power, but neither of them would pair to our 2.4g wifi. Complete waste of time and money. Returning both sets.

> 3 dayI purchased a set of four Teckin SP10 in 2019 but didnt find a need for them until 12/2022 - to control Christmas tree and other decoration lights. It works well for my purposes, including Alexa integration. Putting multiple sockets in the same group gives an easy way for any family member to turn everything on/off without needing any cellphone app. My only complaint is that the app promotes quick setup that never worked for me and wasted far too much time. Slow setup was pretty quick and easy when I finally tried it. I like that in addition to the indicator light the sockets give an audible click when they switch modes (on/off/fast/slow); you can also feel it if holding the device. When the sockets were first connected to my network, they automatically became available to Alexa, probably because I had previously setup the SmartLife app for other devices. Things I learned: * Turn on unit, hold button for five seconds to get fast pulsing indicator light; release and then hold button for another five seconds or so to get a slow pulsing light. * The sockets must connect to a WiFi network that is 2.4ghz only, like most smart devices. The cell phone must be connected to that same 2.4ghz network to connect the device. * My TP-Link Deco X68 router cant create a second WiFi network; some routers allow multiple WiFi networks for 2.4ghz, 5ghz, or dual band with useful naming conventions such as MyHome-2.4ghz. However, I was able to use the Guest function of my router and change WiFi settings on it to 2.4ghz. Moving forward, I will try to leave the guest network at 2.4 and connect new smart devices to it. Switching between dual mode and 2.4ghz on the primary WiFi network upsets streaming to other devices such as the TV and other cell phones. * The sockets dont need to be close to the router for setup as long as there is a strong WiFi signal.

> 3 daySo while these are small and space saving yadda yadda, they were pretty hard to set up. My hubs is super tech savvy & they even gave him a bit of a run for his $. They eventually worked in the end (as all crappy off brand smart home things do) but it was a biyotch.

> 3 dayBought these because theyre supposed to work with Alexa. Ive tried Orbi, Netgear, my ISPs Wi-Fi router and an Apple Airport and these wont connect to any of them. They all support both 2.4 and 5GHz and my other IoT devices that claim to only work with 2.4Ghz connect just fine.

> 3 dayIm familiar and proficient with WIFI/Bluetooth pairing. These little sockets were supposed to work but so far, I have not had luck with the pairing. You have to download yet another app to then connect to Alexa but their own app doesnt recognize them!! Waste of money and because I took too long trying cant return them.

> 3 dayI have a total of 8 smart plugs and they each control my lights and wavemakers. The only thing I want to know is how to control it with Siri. The description says it can be control by an iPhone. If anyone knows how to make this work please Lmk.
