> 3 dayI ordered this product because the images showed the product safety Listing Marks of Underwriters Laboratories and ETL. That should have been my first clue. Nobody gets both. When the product arrived, it had no such markings. The description says its safe to use and it may be, but without those markings, if it is found to be the cause of the fire that burned your house down, your insurance will not pay because it didnt meet the user requirements of the National Electrical Code which says that appliances must be certified or Listed with a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (UL and ETL are both NRTLs). One reason why Chinese-made products are often so inexpensive is that they neglect to get those certifications. They are not required to, but you, as a user, are required to have them, so you have to buy products that do have them. Granted, they probably wont burn your house down - but what if they do? I used to get those certifications for the products my employer manufactured, so Im not entirely in the dark on this matter. Its a very time-consuming, costly, and rigorous process that no manufacturer likes to spend money on, but responsible ones do it anyway. Im returning them and looking for better ones.

Greater than one weekHave only used it for a week or so, (may have to come back after I have used them for a while), but they seem to work just fine. It was a little tricky setting up the first one, you have to use a separate app, and then it imports to the Alexa app, and then is available to your Alexa devices. The second one went much more smoothly and just linked itself right up. Each socket represents itself as 1 device to Alexa, and then both sockets together as another device. So ultimately each plug will register as 3 devices on your Alexa, just to help out anyone struggling. I have one plug controlling two appliances in my kitchen, freeing up an extra socket now. I have also now set up a routine for either of those appliances (like my coffeemaker) so it can turn itself on and off on a schedule. The other plug went onto a socket under my bed so now I can control the lamps on either side without having to struggle to find the switches when they slip under the bed. So all in all, great purchase! Thinking of grabbing some more!

> 3 dayUnfortunately, you have to download their app and then integrate them into Alexa. That all made me like them only 4 stars. THEN, day two, they just decided to not work any more. I tried opening their app and checked... couldnt get them to work with any ease and decided 2 stars was quite generous. Maybe if youre not using Alexa, theyd be okay. But I need/want them to work with Alexa, easily and dependably. Not what I got with these.

> 3 dayAfter working through some installation issues because instructions were vague or app has changed, was able to set up. So far everything is working well.

> 3 dayI needed something to help me from going under my desk every time I had to turn my string lights in. This works perfect.
