Works well as is, but once Tasmota is flashed to it, its functionality is increased ten-fold.

I own several Sonoff products, switches and plugs. They are flawless. Ive never had a problem. They are simple to setup and easy to use. Alexa integration works really well too.

I have flashed the units with ESPhome, and am very happy with them. They have a great Wifi signal range, and am nothing but happy with them. To flash them I had to open them up and solder a few wires, and I was surprised to see the build quality of the PCB. They are using their own Wifi board, not like many other commercial units out there, which are using the standard ESP modules. And judging by the Wifi signal strength they did a very good job! Highly recommended if you want to have switched plugins which you can easily flash with alternative firmwares...

I read somebody else’s review that said it worked with 5 G however, I was not able to make it work with mine. My equipment is supposed to be able to adjust down to 2.4 g. THIS IS NOT THE FAULT OF THE MANUFACTURER because they clearly state that it is for 2.4 g.

Dependable smart switch. I have it paired to Smartthings and Home Assistant. The only issue I had was the initial set up but thats because I have a mesh wifi system where the 2.4 and 5 GHz channels share the same name.
