> 3 dayI choose this because not only is it a good product but it had next day shipping. Seller didn’t even ship it until two days AFTER it was supposed to be delivered. Then Amazon wouldn’t honor their refund date. I bought it here because I didn’t want to wait for Best Buy to order the headphones in. I should have because these took more than a week to get here. Great product just don’t buy from seller

> 3 dayThese sound ok. Personally like the sound from older Bose 700 model. But always disconnecting and not working with Teams. Frustrated that they are not able to handle it. Yes I have tried everything on Windows 10 to get them to work. They will literally work watching a YouTube video and as soon as I go to Teams they stop working.

> 3 dayI was on the fence about these. Fairly expensive and some reviewers had some pretty negative things to say about them, specifically the comfort and noise canceling. I recommend you go to a trusted audio review site now and read those instead of these Amazon reviews. Your experience is much more likely to mirror those than the negative reviews. Amazing noise cancellation, great sound quality, and comfortable enough to wear for hours at a time. These have become my daily use headphones and I havent given it a second thought. Worth every penny I spent. Ill leave it at that.

Greater than one weekThe sound quality is considerably better than previous WH-1000XM4, no joke. I purchased XM5 without much expectations but it turns out the sound quality is far, I mean far, better than XM4. For some reasons, it wasnt noticeable difference when its paired with my PC but when its paired with my Galaxy S23+, it produces unbelievably crisp sound with rich low to high fq enhancement, especially when the sound source is high fidelity and high bit rate. Maybe its some sort of codec issue, I dont know but I am unexpectedly surprised. The fit is also more comfortable if you have wide skull or large ears. I havent weighted this one but it feels lighter than XM4. I have Jabra, Arctis Pro and many other top tier headsets but so far this is the best sound headsets by far.

> 3 dayEver since the MDR-1000xs were released, Sony has been making my favorite noise canceling headphones. These are exceptionally great noise canceling headphones.

> 3 dayThe sound quality is among the beat I’ve tried. there are 2 issues though, it is extremely uncomfortable on my head which is normal to large I would say and the LDAC bitrate mode selection is not remembered by the device so after each reconnection it is reset to the default mode (which is balanced mode: between speed and quality). regarding the fit, it press way to hard against the skull part and I can’t stand having it on my head for more than 15 minutes. it sucks, I really wanted it to work.

> 3 dayIf you have a smaller head it won’t work since it’ll fall off and rub against ur head making a really annoying sound.

> 3 dayThe Sony headphone is the best for both noise cancelling functionality as well as intuitive controls. It allows you to carry on conversations by pausing the noise cancelling function, the right headphone controls sound lsvel, forward and back, and they are super light. Battery life is excellent and the carrying case is functional and sturdy.
