I love fat Max 25 footers

The tape measure is built great but both of these dont spring back like they should. I have had a bunch of these before and they work great but these dont. Going to call Stanley and see whats different or maybe these are bad. They look a little different than the ones in the store but maybe these are old model or something. We will see.

Clip for belt could be stronger , tape is strong and sturdy when its stretched out.

False advertising. Tape measure is made in Thailand and not the USA. I didn’t want some foreign garbage

My wife is an interior designer so she goes through one or two of these every year. They do wear out, get gunked up with junk from construction sites, get lost, etc. She prefers Stanley, so were loyal customers. It does seem like quality control isnt what it used to be. The last set we bought, I had to tighten the screws holding the plastic casing together, as they were loose. Someone was napping that day, I guess.

Stanley product is perfect as usual.
