> 3 dayIve used this kind of measuring tape for several years now, and Ive always gotten a quality product. These are no different. I work in a custom cabinet shop and these measuring tapes hold up well to the use and abuse that I put them through daily.

> 3 dayDidnt get a month out of a the tape measure and it broke. The tape didnt break it was the plastic tab that held the tape. As you can see in the picture it was hardly used.

> 3 dayI bought this product after I read the reviews but I think my use is different than most. I use occasionally and now it will hardly open and one thing I really wanted was one that would stretch out and not bend easy for one person to use. Mine doesnt stretch out without bending at about 6 feet . I guess for a pro they might like it but for me its a paper weight thats difficult to use so part time users beware pros go for it.

> 3 dayYou used to get a good tape only a few years ago, now I still pay the same price and I can tell a bigger difference right out of the box, the new ones feel like junk, theyve dropped their standards down to the rest of em

> 3 dayThe tape measure is built great but both of these dont spring back like they should. I have had a bunch of these before and they work great but these dont. Going to call Stanley and see whats different or maybe these are bad. They look a little different than the ones in the store but maybe these are old model or something. We will see.
