Great tape for the money but watch your fingers/ limbs on the retract, it’s vicious!

Big chunky, heavy measuring tape, clear to read increments, does exac2as advertised.

A quite large, very sturdy feeling, well built, heavy tape measure. Perfect for when you need to ascertain how far away two objects are, or indeed, where to place an object in relation to one, two or even three others. So far I have measured several different distances and have no reason to question its accuracy.

Feels sturdy believe it will last a long time if I dont lose it like my last one lost in my shed, cupboard etc who knows.

Bought an 8 metre pocket tape. I wouldnt really call this a pocket tape, as youd have a big bugle in your pocket if you took this around. However, it is a great sturdy measuring tool, its accurate too from my checks.

The tape has a silky smooth operation but you need to be careful not to let it retract without slowing it down a bit as the tape will retract at great speed and it caught my fingers until I got used to it. I found the locking slide a bit stiff and it hadnt locked when I thought it had. I had got used to my old tape which had an easier locking mechanism but had stopped retracting after a few years. This is a good quality tape measure and I am pleased with it.

This is a very nice tape measure to use. Because it is a little wider than most it is a little stiffer so easier to use on your own when measuring a long length. Very quick delivery.
