This is a really nice carry bag for a 15.6 screen laptop, in my case, Acer Aspire 5. The materials and construction are really first rate; any 15.6 screen laptop (the actual width of the device will be less than that) will fit in it perfectly snug/secure, and well-padded/protected. Its also a VERY slim design, which is great for some users, not so hot for others. On the limited occasions when I have to take my laptop on the go, I usually need to take a few bulky accessories along, like the AC adapter, full-size mouse, portable scanner, a few cables, maybe even a disc burner/reader and/or external drive. You definitely cant do that with this case, which is better designed for someone who works on the laptop alone, with maybe a thumb drive, slim phone, etc. Just as one small example, I like to keep a hard-copy printout of all the technical data for my laptop in the case with it. With this case, Im either putting that into the main pocket with the laptop, or folding it in half so that it will fit in the larger of the two pockets on the front, which are limited in size, and dont expand much. I think I also prefer a case with the main zipper opening on the top of the case, rather than the side (like this one) ... far too easy to forget to zip up the opening, and then pick up/tip the case, and boom ... out comes your precious laptop on the ground, at the worst possible angle for a drop. This is made less likely by a padded internal tray the laptop fits in, but I still dont trust it/myself with an opening in that location. I know they did that so they could put that nifty retractable handle on the top of the case, but I dont mind the floppy type handles ... IMHO fair trade-off for better security/stability when picking up/carrying the thing around. Really nice case ... just not a good match for my particular needs. After ordering one to check out how Id like it, Im returning/exchanging it for the less-expensive Amazon Basics case ... not as pretty or sleek as this one, but definitely configured better for the way I use my laptop when on the go.

I have a Surface Pro 7 and this 15 bag is exactly the right size to accommodate the tablet, as well as a full charger that has a large Adapter Power Supply and Power Bank External Battery, a second largish external battery, a Surface mouse, and 8 various cables and earbuds for my iPhone. Any size smaller would not work for a Surface Pro 7 anyway. Check out the attached pictures. The first picture is everything that is in the bag as you see it on the second picture lying down. And then the third and fourth pictures are side profiles of the front and back of the bag, where you can see that for all the stuff I have packed in, is still nicely streamlined. The handle is leather over nylon that feels nice. The zippers are quality XYZ zippers. It comes with a shoulder strap, but I prefer not to use it. The inside pouch is lined with a very nice and soft cloth-like material. The zipper to load your device is on the side of the bag, so as others pointed out, you must be hyper-vigilant to be sure you dont slip your tablet into the pouch and forget to zip it up as your device could slide out and hit the floor . In addition to the two storage pouches where I have all the items mentioned above, the bag also has a side thin pouch large enough for 8 1/2 x 11 note pads, paperwork, boarding passes etc. I dont think its large enough to hold a binder of any size, but cmon, theres only so much a small tablet bag can do! Id definitely recommend that case and if I needed to purchase another, Id go right back to this.

I bought this to carry my 12 inch macbook and it fits perfectly. Also holds the attachment cords and mouse and my planner good in the side pouch.

Just bought a new laptop and wanted something to keep it safe. I take it with me pretty much everywhere and needed a case that was durable and weatherproof. This thing is fantastic and doesnt take up much space. I can fit everything I need in it for working mobile. I particularly like the reinforced corners and the fleece lining that is like a warm blanket for my computer.

READ: For anyone interested in this case who has an iPad Pro 4th Gen, the Spring 2020 Model. I bought this case with the knowledge it was going to be TOO BIG to comfortably carry my new iPad Pro around without it bouncing all over the inside like crazy. So know that, its too big. If youre planning on putting the iPad in the main compartment alone, stop right here and buy a different bag all together. -With my iPad Pro 4th Gen I have the following: A clear generic brand, 12.9 flexible, TPU Back cover case ( bought on eBay ) An Incase 13 Neoprene Classic Sleeve iPad goes into the Incase sleeve, and then into the TomToc bag. I bought the TomToc bag specifically for traveling. That is its ONLY purpose. If you have your iPad in a zip up sleeve and then put it into the TomToc bag it fits very snugly and is going to be very well protected from drops. Overall I like the bag, its relatively thin, though I do wish it had a bit more structure and not as floppy when nothing was inside of it. Bag and strap are good quality, I think there may be a disconnect for people leaving a review about the strap being too short. That was covered in the gentlemans review video at the top of this page. Zipper are pretty heavy duty, Ill update the review in the future with how it holds up and for how long. The front zip up compartments easily hold my iPad and iPhone cables to which there are 6 in total, I have three different length cables for both devices (you never know how far that wall outlet is going to be from that hotel bed!). It also carries an Anker Elite Dual Port 24W Wall Charger, my Apple Pencil, a traveling wallet for carrying my passport, a few misc traveling items. TLDR; it easily carries a BUNCH of stuff in those zip up pockets, with more room than needed for all the STUFF I carry around with me traveling, without bulging. -The reason its getting four stars and not five First, its in my photos, the bottom of the plastic was totally ripped open on delivery. The bag was in a ziplock so I am not sure why the whole bottom of the bag was torn into, it makes me a bit anxious that I was sold someone elses return... Second, the CornerArmor Patent Design they boast about for drop protection, are a joke. Theyre made from the same really soft material as the inside sleeve, it just feels like theyre rolled up in some kind of -cotton- that will not provide any protection ( in my opinion ) in the event of a drop. Frankly, the foam they used to stuff the inside of the pockets for padding on transport would have been a better choice for those CornerArmors. I wanted to address this, for anyone who had read some of the previous reviews regarding the corners, they are true, and they are right, and its pretty bad. And it is also one of TomTocs main selling points for this case. -PERSONALLY- the corner issue will not effect me, I have the iPad inside the Incase anyway, its has a pretty dang good amount of padding and I have no fears of a break related to a drop at all because I CHOOSE to use an additional sleeve. -Final verdict- If your intention is to follow a similar method for carrying your 12.9 iPad Pro around, the case is good quality and will work fine, there might be slightly cheaper bags out there, but I think this one is generally a solid investment. If youre not, heed my initial warning and get a different bag. It wont fit right.

Just got this, so I cant vouch for long-term durability, but it looks to be high quality and durable construction with more padding than one usually sees in a sleeve-type case. The shoulder strap is plain webbing which I consider a plus because it will fold up small and tight if needed, and it has a high quality strap pad which will support more weight than you can possibly fit in this bag. The strap pad snugs tightly to the strap, meaning the strap isnt going to roll or tangle under the pad and the pad will stay where you put it on the strap. All zippers are installed correctly and work easily. Pockets are well sewn. In all, an impressive bit of design and engineering that is well executed. Two bones to pick, but not taking off any stars. Not what I like, but for other folks this might be exactly what they want. 1. From the photo, I thought Id have more room in the front pockets than what is there. The pockets dont have much depth, and without gussets wont expand at all. Both front pockets have internal pockets for a pen and other small items you dont want rolling around in the main pocket, but if you put much of anything in the internal pocket, there wont be room for that bigger item you want to put in the main pocket. In the left (bigger) pocket Ive got a (Lenovo) power adapter attached to an APC PnoteProc8 surge protector (small, 600 Joules, highly recommended), AC cord in the main pocket, and a Yoga mouse (very thin) in the internal pocket. In the right pocket Ive got an SD card reader, thumb drive, USB-C to USB-A adapter, and a pen in the internal pocket plus a business card wallet and phone charging cable in the main pocket. On the one hand, that is a full complement of what I need for travel, but on the other hand, that small complement of items completely fills both pockets. Both are on the edge of bulging with that load, and adding even one more small thing will overstuff the pockets, making them hard to close and causing the contents to possibly dig into your laptop despite the generous padding. That photo showing the pockets overflowing with goodies as if everything they show could fit in there is just B.S. If you have more than what I describe, look for a different case. And note that the shoulder strap, which on a sleeve-style bag like this will mostly be carried in one of the pockets to be used only when traveling with overly-full hands, cannot fit in either pocket given what else Im carrying. Tomtoc should have further differentiated this case from their non-shoulder-strap version by including pocket gussets on this model. A definite missed trick, even though that also would have increased the price. 2. The max internal dimensions they list for the case are a bit misleading. You can have one dimension at the maximum 12.8 or the other dimension at the maximum 9.14 but not both. The problem is the really nice (read protective) edge padding, which is rounded at the corners. My Lenovo Yoga 920 measures 12.68 x 8.81 and it just fits. (Indeed, if I overstuffed the pockets, I would expect the fabric pulling on the inside faces of the pockets to cause the laptop to fit poorly and make the laptop zipper hard to close.) The padding and pockets make this thing thicker than a typical sleeve, but it still feels like a sleeve. If you arent carrying more than I describe, this case is the ticket. At this price ($30 when I purchased), its hard to go wrong.

I ordered the 15-inch MacBook Pro size case on the recommendation of the manufacturer and it fits my Dell Precision 5550 like a glove. It is lightweight and seems very durable, has good YYK zippers and the pockets easily fit a USB mouse, power supply and cords, dongle, pen, pencil, and few odds and ends. Stitching looks excellent all the way around and the handle is comfortable and seems very solid. The case looks very good, orange handle and logo on black is very nice styling, and the interior is a very soft microfiber which will prevent any damage to the finish of my laptop while it is in there. I havent used the shoulder strap yet, but it looks just as high of quality as the rest of the case. I was expecting stiffer bottom corner protection but it seems the same all the way around with no extra stiffeness. While the sides do have a stiffer material than the front and back, it doubt it would save it from a fall onto a hard surface. The side opening zipper is a little concerning, I know it was done to reduce the overall thickness but if you walk off with it open the laptop will probably be falling on the floor. An internal Velcro strap would probably be helpful there. Lastly a zipper lock would be a nice addition for the paranoid people (like me.) All in all, it is a very good case and will work well for me. I am usually extremely careful with my equipment and although this would not save it from a fall, it will protect it from the everyday hazards of dings and scuffs which is what it seems designed for. An excellent value.

Just returned mine, but it is an amazing case. I would recommend to anyone. Top notch protection, and a perfect fit for my MacBook Air M2. Plenty of storage, but I needed more room. I carried my MacBook Air m2, a ti-84 calculator, a iPhone and MacBook charger, wallet, keys and glasses. They all fit very perfectly. There is a back sleeve pocket I would slide my iPad 10.2in into. It was just pushing its limits a bit because of its iPad case+Apple pencil taking up extra volume. After experiencing Tomtoc’s quality I went and ordered their 9L sling bag. I think it will suit my needs better. Price+Quality you will not find a better option.
