I’m a desktop engineer and carry multiple laptops and extra techie necessities at any given time. There are so many various pockets to keep my gear organized and safe. I’ve only had this for a few weeks. My previous laptop backpack lasted more than 15 years. I hope this one is just as durable.

Very Good Quality

I really like the bag as it is roomy and comfortable. I had high hopes for the bag as I was looking for something which works for me and allows versatility to my travel. I have taken trip number 3 since obtaining the bag and found the shoulder strap coming apart at the seam. I tried to communicate with the seller to see whether we can resolve this or exchange and I was told that this item is fulfilled by AMAZON and I am 10 days past the 30 day return window. I am trying to ad my iPhone photo and the system is not taking it.

Big backpack with lots of room to store anything you need. Lots of space and pockets. However, Im 61 200ish pounds and found the backpack to press into my lumbar spine when I carried things inside. The backpack would not sit flush on my back, rather have a c shape which offered no contact to my mid back, just the top of my back and my lumbar back which created some back ache after wearing for a period of time.

Better construction/materials than the equivalent Targus bag I tried. I am taking a star off for them folding the bag in half, which makes the back fold over on itself when the laptop isnt inside. Other than that its the perfect bag for me. I use this with a Dell Precision 7750 17 Workstation Laptop and it fits perfectly.

Bag is big and worked out great for a short period of time but tore on the side one day while traveling. For a bag that cost that much to not even last a year of regular use is pretty bad.

Purchased 2 backpacks for each of my HS juniors. (Twins) After 1 full academic year, they packed in 6-1in binders full of paper, text books for standard and AP classes, stuff for extra curricular activities and shuffled between 2 houses. Not a scratch on them. At first I was worried about the size, but knew the previous jansport backpacks were not large enough. But it worked. Fully packed, the boys never complained about straps cutting into shoulders or anything. Tons of pockets for small and large things. Worth the money.

Backpack looks professional and wouldve been a great item HOWEVER the backpack was FOLDED IN HALF and shipped to me (?)! Folding the backpack rendered it useless cause the stability was destroyed. AND...after returning the 1st folded backpack with reason for return, I was sent a replacement backpack BUT it was folded in half too and I returned it as well. I understand you want to save money on shipment (box size) but using common sense or customer satisfaction should prevail! Im going to try this order again, PLEASE DONT FOLD THE BACKPACK! DONT TRY AND SAVE MONEY ON BOX SIZE. SEND THE PROFESSIONAL BACKPACK IN A PROFESSIONAL WAY.....UNFOLDED! THANKS
