I really like the bag as it is roomy and comfortable. I had high hopes for the bag as I was looking for something which works for me and allows versatility to my travel. I have taken trip number 3 since obtaining the bag and found the shoulder strap coming apart at the seam. I tried to communicate with the seller to see whether we can resolve this or exchange and I was told that this item is fulfilled by AMAZON and I am 10 days past the 30 day return window. I am trying to ad my iPhone photo and the system is not taking it.

Bought for my son to use at college. The backpack is big, but my son likes it and it holds everything he needs during the day (laptop, jacket, umbrella, water bottle, books, etc)

Heavy duty, quality bag. Lots of compartments. My husband got one for traveling and then my son wanted it after seeing it for college. We bought two. Fits all of my sons books and computer.

Very useful, almost too many pockets; if its not closed up it can open up so make sure its zippered. This can fit my laptop, charger, dynamic mic, mouse, file folder as well as 3 changes of clothes, portable battery, lighters, probably some type of tobacco leaf and roller, a few cans of fish and some cup noodles, and my important mail, and a cowboy bebop coffee mug with Faye on it. Its extremely durable and could house a lightweight hammock and tarp and cord as well so it can definitely work as an alternative hikers backpack.

Not at all what I want on an every day computer backpack, but this is the best big travel backpack I have ever used (and I have used a lot). Great family backpack, brought two laptops, a secondary travel monitor, and iPad Pro (family), and smart pockets and plenty of room. This should stop me from having to carry two smaller, less effective backpack. Love it.

I use this back for traveling and it’s very durable with many storage areas for my items need on trips.
