I have amateur radio equipment. I bought this power strip to mount in a portable 19 rack box that I am using for power. The box needs AC power to operate a DC power supply and a laptop computer. This power strip had multiple outlets facing out and facing in. I use the facing out outlets for the laptop computer and the facing in outlets for the DC power supply. It mounted into the 19 rack box without a problem. I then plugged in the DC power supply more or less semi-parmently. The laptop computer computer is plugged in when needed. The light on the outside that tells you whether it is on or off is a good feature. The long cord is very handly as it makes extension cords in most spaces unnecessary. The cover over the master power switch is also a good feature. If I need another power strip for a 19 rack boxes, this is the one I will buy.

Nine months and no issues. Lightweight but solid. Using as a PDU off a larger APC UPS in a server cabinet.

I have this unit installed on my mobile Dj preamp/amp rack. This is a all metal, professional quality, sturdy power tap. I like the fact of having taps on the front and back of the unit so I can leave everything connected when I put the covers on the rack making setup much easier. Havent used the spike protection feature on the unit yet (hope to never have to) but I am confident it will do its job. I have two class H amps and one class D connected. I also run my laptop, controller, phone charger and with the amps running just below clipping and this unit has not tripped its breaker. The power switch cover is also handy to prevent accidentally turning it off and the unit is quiet with no hum or inline noise. Money well spent in my book.

Outlets on the back are well-spaced, outlets on the front are handy. Switch is covered so you dont hit it by accident. Nice, long cable reaches the outlet even if its pretty far away. I like that they include outlet covers in case you dont want your customers plugging in anything else, or if you want to reserve one particular outlet for you to use while youre there.
