Just what I wanted. Good quality

Purchased these to paint for my wife. They’re a little pricey compared to other sets on here, but the wood was nice and smooth and the dolls feel as though they’ll last a very long time, I am very happy with the quality. I applied a couple layers of clear gesso, sanded it down so the surface was smooth, painted them with Golden acrylic paints, and sealed them with KBS Diamond Clear which I can’t recommend enough, it’s really amazing stuff. The final product is truly professional level, and I mean the dolls themselves, not talking about my painting skills haha great set, highly recommended, and seriously, try that clear coat I mentioned, you won’t regret it, the finish is immaculate.

Nice set. So many of them too! the fit well. Will need to base coat before painting as some of the spots in the wood are more or less absorbent of the paint than other spots.

VERY very very impressed with these nesting dolls. The wood is smooth and will be easy to paint. Sturdiness of them is better than some of the more expensive nesting dolls. I love that there are 7 - the more the merrier!

These are very well made and ready for painting. However, once the third figure is revealed, the shape of the doll becomes very narrow, nearly bullet-like. I was expecting more of a rounded shape like the two outside dolls. Im hoping that once they are painted it wont be that noticeable.

Cracks were found on the surface of the largest of the seven dolls. I decided to use it just because the process of exchange or refund is complicated. Woodworking can be done and bonded with woodworking bond

The smallest of the dolls are very small; could easily get lost if not careful. Smooth, lightweight. no obvious blemishes.

These are lovely and well made. I was looking for a set that seemed flawless enough to NOT have to be painted — just stained and clear-coated. These fit the bill. Would buy again.

I got 2 sets for my niece and kid. They absolutely love it!! The quality, precision and details of build is superb from the tiniest to the largest doll. Im am speaking as a woodcrafts enthusiasts who has made a thing or two. As soon as it becomes available again, Im going to get another set for myself. These make great gifts for yourself or any craft / artist inclined person. Once my kid is done with hers shes going to put presents inside and gift them to her friends. I have to say that there are a lot of garbage products with high ratings on Amazon for various reasons. It is very unfortunate. However, there are certainly producers who make good products. This is one of them. Thank you!
