Additionally, when a pixel died on my monitor, they honored their extended warranty and resolved the issue for me for free, which I greatly appreciated. I purchased this monitor because Im a graphic designer and will have to do some work while abroad. Especially for the price, Im really happy with what I got! The colors are vibrant, the picture is crisp, and overall I dont feel I have to worry about being able to get my work done effectively. However, I do have a couple of complaints. The kickstand case is pretty finicky and doesnt stay all that well, so be careful how you place it and work around it. Also, the cables are short to the point that its almost silly, so definitely recommend getting a power strip to bring along as well.

The first monitor I ordered arrived cracked, the second didnt work. I reached out directly to their support team and they were able to help me troubleshoot and then replace the 2nd broken monitor with an upgraded version. The new touch touch screen monitor works and looks great, but most of all, the support was excellent in helping me get a working monitor.

I am my own worst enemy when it comes to researching every option and spec of a product before I buy. And there are obviously a lot of choices on Amazon for portable monitors. I’m telling y’all, this is the one to get. I’m literally so shocked how good this screen looks, how bright it is, the colors look awesome, the menu is easy to navigate with the wheel on the side, the price point is VERY fair for the higher specs you’re getting out of this monitor vs the others. On top of all that, I had one issue (that turn out being a user error, aka me) so I reached out to the support email. They emailed me back in less than 24 hours on a weekend, then we had a back and forth conversation. You aren’t going to get service like that with any of the other brands. The experience has been great. I don’t write reviews often, but I’m just so satisfied with this purchase. I don’t want any of you to waist anymore of your time looking for that perfect portable monitor. This is the perfect one. Go with UPERFECT.

I have never left a review, good or bad, on any product Ive purchased. However, I felt the need to let other customers who may be on the fence like I was know that theyre not making a mistake buying this monitor. There were a few options I was considering, and a few reasons why I chose this one over the others. I will say to keep in mind minor issues such as a dead pixel or two, which was the issue I had upon receiving mine, however the custom service from the manufacturer was astounding in a good way. Incredibly fast responses for one, and theyre unhappy if the customer is not satisfied. Theyll work with you until you are. For that reason alone I would be more than happy to purchase from them again. As for the monitor itself, Ive gotten my ps5 to work flawlessly on it, and my Xbox Series X to work at 120hz but I do believe the xbox stays at 1080p 120hz due to the Xbox settings being funny, though for me personally thats not a problem. Of course Id rather it be at 1440p but the monitor size is perfect at making 1080p look fantastic.

I use this as an extra monitor for work, so an additional vertical space is more than welcome. 120 Hz refresh rate makes moving images buttery smooth. The picture quality and contrast are excellent. Color reproduction is excellent for an sRGB monitor. The screen has anti-reflexive matt surface. Sturdy, well machined, well fit aluminum frame with small bezels and no logo is awesome. The frame even has four standard mounting holes at the back. Consumes around 5 Watts or power via the USB-C connector. Can be used as a pass-through device to change a laptop via the single USB-C display cable. However, the power seems to be limited to around 45 Watts, even though my power charger is capable of 65 Watts. It would be nice if the USB-C ports were placed on both sides of the monitor for more monitor placement/cable routing flexibility. Overall, an excellent, sturdy, well built, usable portable monitor.

I loved the monitor, great picture quality, brightness (more than what I need), and refresh rate, and it comes with a protective cover. It started to develop some white spots on the screen after a couple of months then I contacted customer support and they were really great, fast, and helpful. They decided to send me a new monitor. It works great.

I needed a portable, energy efficient monitor that can run at 100hz and this does that perfectly. It also upscales lower resolutions to 16:9 or 4:3. For me it sips just over 10W, even when connected to the included 20W adapter. Great IO and form factor - the hdmi port is even powering my hdmi splitter.
