Vacuum Bare Surface Canister Floor Brush, Compatible with Kenmore

I love the fact that this item has multiple holes to attached to the sweeper wand. My sweeper has the button to hold the floor brush in a strange place. Thank you for the fact that this piece is quite universal. I cannot comment on the durability or value for money, because I have not had the item long enough to put it thru all the paces (I tend to be hard on everything I own).

I couldn’t find a nozzle with the right holes but was able to drill this one and modify to 12 o’clock position. Newer Kenmore is at 9 o’clock and won’t need modifications. Description should be updated

Great product!!

While it fits my Kenmore vacuum cleaner perfectly, I noticed that the height of the brushes keeps it a bit higher off the floor than I think the original floor brush did. Since I threw out the original, I cant compare them, so this is simply based on my memory (I could be wrong). But based on this I would give it only 4-stars - it does work well, but on hardwood floors I would like it to be a bit closer to the surface. NOT a big problem, just a preference.

Since the vacuum I have is as old as dirt, I was pleased to find a replacement floor brush. Be sure you line up the pimple with the hole that is not level or it is near impossible to remove the brush! (Experience is a great teacher.) This brush head is not exactly like the one that came with the vacuum, but it works. Happy to have it.

I purchased this for my new Kenmore vacuum after seeing recommendations for people with wood floors. It works great and is larger than the one that comes with the vacuum. Highly recommended.
