Love it indigo is beautiful

This is truly a large cosmetic bag. Its lined with clear plastic, and the size is such that its almost more of a travel cosmetic bag for shampoos, hairsprays, etc. You would have to have an enormous purse to use this as a daily cosmetic bag. The print (Rain Forest Canopy) is not my favorite, but Im willing to let it go because of the function of the bag. The print is a bit of a throwback to the late 1950s or early 1960s, but it has quite a bit of bright orange that the picture Amazon uses doesnt pick up (see my close-up pic). Just be aware of that. The base of the print is a very pale pink. If you like the color combo, great! Im super happy with the bag overall and would highly recommend it, especially for traveling! ~Amy

Beautiful bag and fast shipping

This is a beautiful Vera Bradley piece. The excellent Vera Bradley Quality. The pattern is beautiful and matches just about anything. Very sturdy and durable. Good Value. This is a good size one and holds whatever you need to take with you. Very sturdy zipper as well.

Vera Bradley products are always high quality, and this butterfly print collection is made with recycled cotton fibers, which I appreciate! The design on the collection has a quilted sewn pattern and features colorful butterflies, about half different shades of purple, and the background is a really pretty light blue color. The cotton Is soft to the touch and decently thick. The inside lining on the whole collection has a dark navy blue background with little 3 leaf flower/leaf looking things that look almost drawn on. The zippers on these are well made and don’t catch or break, so you should be able to use these for years and years! Plus, they all can easily be thrown in the washer if it gets dirty which I love! This large cosmetic makeup bag is a really nice size and can easily fit everything I would need for the day makeup and skincare wise. The bigger main zippered compartment has a clear PVC lining so that if anything leaks or breaks it’s easy to clean up. The smaller zippered pocket in the front doesn’t have a PVC lining, but it’s still great for things like lipstick and various liners. It’s super cute and functional, and I would recommend it!

Too small & too pricey

I got this for myself as a travel cosmetics tote, but realized after getting it, that it won’t organize my cosmetics as much as I like. So I plan to give this to my little granddaughter to hold her bath supplies when she is traveling. This is a large, soft sided bag with a plastic lined interior. The exterior is a nicely stitched pattern. It is typical Vera Bradley - soft and comfy and will likely last many years.

Ive owned many large Vera Bradley cosmetic bags over the years (probably for 15+ years) and almost always use them when traveling. This bag style is different from the ones Im used to, but I actually really like it. The ones Ive had in the past are just one big fabric bag. This bags main pocket is a little bit smaller, but theres also a pocket in front, so you can separate stuff out. The main compartment is plastic-covered, so if any of your cosmetics leak, the bag will be protected (though its also machine washable). I think the front pocket is good for things like medications, contacts, Q-Tips, hair elastics, and any other things that dont leak and could get messed up if something leaked on them. The bag has a pretty pattern both outside and inside and a nice sleek shape. Its perfect for packing for a quick trip and even simply as using for extra bathroom storage when at home!
