> 3 dayOverall, I am pleased with my purchase. I did a lot of research beforehand and wanted a few months to try this monitor out before reviewing. I bought this monitor as a second monitor. I’m using it with my toddler and using my Eufy with the baby. I have to manage two monitors which can be annoying, but this whole system was a good bit cheaper than a eufy add on camera. This monitor does what we need it to and I think it works just as good as the much more expensive one we have. And the battery life on this Vtech is SO much better! -The monitor stays very zoomed in. It works for seeing my child in his bed, but wouldn’t show the whole room for any independent play time when he gets older. -My biggest complaint is that the stand is terrible. It is just a little wider at the base so the monitor doesn’t stay standing even if you barely bump it or if it’s plugged in and the chord turns. If it wasn’t for this, I would have rated the monitor higher! -The picture is very clear day or night. -The two way talk works well. -It’s simple and easy to use.

> 3 dayGot these to keep track of the dogs. One loves to wait for me to leave the room so she can jump up and destroy something. The cameras have to be plugged in, but the screen lasts a while without. They are working as expected.

> 3 daySo far, it does everything it claims in the add. The TALK feature is not as clear as I expected but it works. The sensitivity level is great. Once my daughter fusses, the response is instantaneous and we are alerted. As said, its worth the price. I have not had time to monitor the battery life though. Suggestion to manufacturer... the camera should have a back us battery so it can be used during power outages.

> 3 dayWe upgraded to this from a single stationary camera when we moved our baby crib into the same room with our toddler. Its great! I love that I can see both girls at the same time, and can pan around the room to observe more of whats going on. One comment I would make is that the parent unit is not a very stable thing. Our old one had a nice kickstand so when it was upright it stood very solid. This one does not have a kickstand, it just has a built-in sort of bulge on the bottom of the back, to hold it upright. So I cant lay it down flat on a table anywhere, and it gets knocked over easily. Other than that, we are very pleased with this product.

> 3 dayWe had a fairly cheap monitor that lasted us 2 and a half years but it finally gave out. We decided to get something a little nicer this time but was also affordable. I’m very satisfied with the picture quality as it is a huge upgrade from our previous monitor. The pan-tilt-zoom is also very nice. I can turn it to see my toddler and baby’s entire room. The zoom function could be a little better suck as just smooth zoom in and out instead of selecting zoom 1 or 2 but it is still very good. Mounting was very easy also and I lobe how the parent screen stands.

> 3 dayHad to buy a third party universal mount as it does not pan down far enough to use with the included mount. Probably just specific to our room layout. Aside from that, all the features work well.

> 3 dayIt’s a decent camera. Does what it needs to but the parent unit is so annoying in that it constantly falls over!! The base is pathetic. The lowest dimness is also pretty bright so I find I have to toss a napkin over it at night

> 3 dayThe camera works great! It comes with a plaque to hang it on the wall but is still easy to remove from plaque when needed to be used in another room. You can talk through the camera and play music and sounds that are preprogrammed on it to sooth baby. I love the fact that I can move the camera too.

Greater than one weekDoes everything I need it to, and does it pretty well. I didnt buy it for a baby or anything, and I bought it used, but its doing pretty well so far. The bad: 1. TINY camera angle. Even zoomed out, you get a really narrow field of view and have to pan around to see more than just a babys worth of space. Might be a good thing considering how low-res the camera is, though. 2. The camera isnt very good, though I guess its okay for the price. If youre watching for tiny movements like breathing, good luck. Framerates awful, though I suppose thats not exactly a high-priority. Also the exposure is pretty bad too, if theres anything bright in the view, youre blind, and dark colors in general are pretty much gone. Still, good enough, its not an F, more like a D+ or so. 3. Night vision is finicky, I really wish it was a toggle. Its not great at detecting when to switch. If you have the camera in a lit room and the light is turned off, theres a pretty good chance it wont turn on night vision until youve panned the camera a little to kinda remind it to switch. 4. I wish there were more settings to mess with, its pretty basic. 5. The zoom function and the speaker volume settings are buried in the setting menus, I wish they were buttons for easier access. The good: 1. The infrared night vision sees perfectly well, even in pitch-black rooms. 2. The battery life for the screen is about where its advertised at, surprisingly. Ran a test for like 16 hours and still had plenty of battery left, even though I dont plan to unplug it very often. 3. Wide, wide angle to tilt and pan the camera, even a bit TOO much for a baby monitor. Makes me wonder if its a repurposed security camera or something, ha. 4. The thermometers kinda cool, Im sure some moms out there probably have used it to save a kid or two after forgetting to close a window or something. I THINK the thermometer is accurate? 5. Havent tested it yet, but if the screen has a range of 1000ft, thats great, it means I should be able to carry it anywhere in the house or the yard without losing signal. Everywhere I HAVE taken it in the house works, though. Should try carrying it while mowing the lawn or something.
