> 24 hourI needed something to help me turn the lights in my garage on and off. This switch integrated with my current Yolink setup very well. The switch was easy to install and works even easier.

> 24 hourI installed two switches for overhead lights in my workshop that is located 300’ from my house. These switches are on opposite walls, requiring crossing the shop just to turn on/off lights. I also installed a YoLink Motion Detector over the entry door. So now when you enter, the overhead lights come on and stay on as long as there is motion inside. This is great as sometimes, I’m going in and out several times a day. I can also use the app on my phone to check the status of or turn any YoLink device on or off. Plus I can get notifications on my phone if the motion detector senses anything.

> 24 hourThe Yolink uses LoRa connectivity which has been for me way more reliable than any of my WiFi connected devices. While I have not tested this switch over a quarter of a mile I do have another YoLink on my mailbox which is quite some distance from the house and it reliably notifies me when the mail shows up. I did have a problem with one of my switches which was quickly cleared up by the Yolink support as I had inadvertently miss wired a switch. The switch plays very easy with Alexia.

> 24 hourWorks great and great range. Use it for exterior entry lighting and adjusting the schedule per sunset/sunrise On/Off from the phone is handy. Would be even handier if it did that automatically as the seasons changed.

> 24 hourSorry about pic showing debris on switch :( I usually dont write reviews on products I just started using...but going on short internet hiatus so... Yaays: The YoLink wall switch + app + LoRa connectivity makes for nice control setup (SW not very polished but the HW is nice). In my garage I have motion switch to turn on ceiling light, and I replaced toggle switch with YoLink wall switch. I bought $1.50 2-gang switch plate and used #6 screws (Ill paint white later). The YoLink switch sends power to 100W LED Barn Light (with Dusk to Dawn photocell) mounted atop the garage . I used to physically go to garage if I wanted to turn on/off. Now I can: > Disable the barn light from coming on (switch=OFF); > Enable the barn light to turn on (switch=ON) when sky is dark and off when sky is light (means it will light during daytime eclipses, super dark storm clouds, etc., not just dusk/dawn). > Manually turn on/off using button, using a remote, using YoLink app, using Alexa app or Siri-to-Alexa Shortcut). It works very nicely (when it works). Awws: A bit expensive (I think $20 is a better price point); The LED is a little cartoonish looking (but could add a overlay); It creaks so feels like thinnest plastics they could get away with. For garage or basement, OK. Dont want to put in my nice rooms. I did once get no connection to hub from phone but on retry it recovered (hopefully not a frequent occurance). Overall: Nice upgrade. There is possibility to use D2D and have light come on when triggered by some other switch.

> 24 hourThe wall switches work as advertised and I love the fact that I can light up my back yard and side yard from my phone. From my shop to the house is about 75 feet. Works GREAT from the phone. Lights are super bright and light up the entire area just as I was hoping. I wasnt looking forward to digging a trench from the house to the shop to bury a line to operate the outside lights. Now I dont have to. YOLINK took care of that for me. Just built the shop and in the process of wiring it up now. YOLINK is going to be installed as I go along. Once I get the house / shop all equipped with the required YOLINK items we, then I will start on connecting them to work together. So Far I am impressed with the quality and simplicity of the system.

> 24 hourFirst, let me say Im a huge fan of YoLink devices. I have 18 sensors and alarms around my house. I purchased this switch to go with a motion detector. The motion detector was less than stellar, and I left a review for that. The YoLink switch replaced a similar Kasa brand smart switch. The YoLink switch is decent, but not quite as nice as the Kasa switch. It installed easy enough, and is SUPER easy to link to your app. The overall feel of the switch itself is simply a little cheaper than what Im used to, when comparing it to Kasa. The part I do not like however, is the red light in the switch button when the switch is off. This switch is in my basement, so I can live with it, however, I will not be adding these to my living room or kitchen until something is done about that light. It looks cheap, and its bright when the room is dark. I understand that some folks might want a way to find the switch in the dark, but Im not a fan. Perhaps if YoLink added a way to control that red light from the app? Overall, not a bad product, but it could use some refining.
