> 3 dayI really love the yolink ecosystem. they are super easy to add to the system, so i was excited to migrate from my zwave switch that controlled my outside garage lights to this system. Overall it works and does what it is designed to do, but i do have a few minor issues i hope they address in future light switches. 1) As most others have noted, the red LED light is sort of annoying. I have it in the garage so it isnt that big of a deal, but i would not want these throughout the house in main living areas. THe red indicator light when off is just very bright and annoying. I would rather it be a very small led indicator in the bottom corner. Or if you could change the LED maybe a different color would be better, and/or brightness level. if that was controllable. When on it is white which is fine. 2) The overall feel of the switch is not the best i have seen. Where you make the connection for the electrical, the screw is what bites into the copper to hold it in. It does make a very secure connection when tugging, but most other switches have molre of a plate that squeezes the cable on the inside. Again it seems to be ok but just something i noticed. 3) My switch came with the arrow facing down (opposite of the instructions which tell you to have it facing up). Support noted it was fine to install, but again just noting that it was not what the directions had. 4) THe switch housing is a little thicker than the other traditional switches, so i think my cover plate was not fully flush on the one side. i took a picture so you can see although it may be hard. Id rather it be designed more like a traditional switch and if needed be able to tear off the ears as some setups do require that. 5) I would have loved if this was an energy management capabilities to keep track of how much power, but not a deal breaker, especially at this price point. 6) The software does have sunrise/sunset scheduling, but i am hoping they include more advanced such as x minutes before and x minutes after to tweak my settings a little better for my needs. Again overall i like it and great price point but hopefully they address some of these in future models.

> 3 dayMy third yolink device, super easy to setup and very reliable, love how wel it integrates with my Alexa. The Lora signal is superb And separate from the WiFi signal, I’m definitely moving all my automation to my Lora network and hope yolink will continue to create more devices.

> 3 dayInstalls like a regular wall switch. Used it to turn lights on at Sunset and go off at 11:45pm. Programming to set to Sunset was a little cumbersome using the Automation function but I was able to figure it out. Once you know it, it was easy to use. I highly recommend this product.

> 3 dayI was able to wire and install this switch in a 4-gang box. Since then its been turning on/off my outside lights as I programmed. Programming the switch and checking when it turned the status of lights is very easy. All yolink products are very simple to setup, and use. They are also very reliable and never failed since Ive been using them for almost a year. I wish they had more products such as indoor/outdoor cameras.

Greater than one weekI own multiple YoLink products include a Base unit, smart plugs, temperature sensors, and an outdoor motion detector. Those devices seem solid and the communication between them is excellent. Decided to try out the wall switch and was disappointed. The physical switch did not work out of the box, remote on/off worked good, the quality of the device appears low compared to Wyze and Kasa. For example, the screws that attaches the household wiring to the device cuts into the wiring, typically there is a compression plate that prevents this from occuring on typical wall switches from the hardware store. Please increase the quality of this device and I may try again.

> 3 dayI use this switch to control an overhead heater in my garage . I really like it because the Yo-Link app allows smart interaction between various sensors and switches. I have the Yo-Link garage door sensor too and have the app programmed so when the garage door is opened more than 7 minutes it turns the heater off. Works flawlessly.

> 3 dayOver the last few months finding out and learning about yolink products I ordered several wall Switchs and installed one in the bath room and two in the garage. They work perfect! In the garage removed my existing switch and installed a yolink one. I was able to set the switch to auto turn off after 5 hours of it being on (seeing that i am very seldom in the garage longer then that in one setting and at least if the lights are left on over the weekend it will get turned off automatically). Then I installed a second yolink by the other door into the garage. The second switch is just power to the yolink switch only it does not control any device. I then did Direct 2 Device pairing of both switches. I had to do this trice. One Pairing one direction and then paired the switches in reverse. By doing this both switches stay in sync so when I turn one on the other also goes on. And the same in reverse when one goes off the other goes off. All of this was done without the need of internet or even a yolink hub. Now I also have the garage door sensor for both of my garage doors. I then configured some automations and settings to track the garage doors open. If one door opens then the lights come on automatically. And if both doors close (and both have to be closed not just one) the lights will then go out! Then the I installed another switch in by bathroom to replace the exhaust fan switch. I also place a temp / humidity yolink sensor in the bathroom. Now when someone takes a shower and the humidity gets above say 90 the fan kicks on automatically! And turns off once it drops down again. Its magic! But if someone just needs to use the restroom and they want the fan on they can manually turn it on and off like normal.

> 3 dayFirst, let me say Im a huge fan of YoLink devices. I have 18 sensors and alarms around my house. I purchased this switch to go with a motion detector. The motion detector was less than stellar, and I left a review for that. The YoLink switch replaced a similar Kasa brand smart switch. The YoLink switch is decent, but not quite as nice as the Kasa switch. It installed easy enough, and is SUPER easy to link to your app. The overall feel of the switch itself is simply a little cheaper than what Im used to, when comparing it to Kasa. The part I do not like however, is the red light in the switch button when the switch is off. This switch is in my basement, so I can live with it, however, I will not be adding these to my living room or kitchen until something is done about that light. It looks cheap, and its bright when the room is dark. I understand that some folks might want a way to find the switch in the dark, but Im not a fan. Perhaps if YoLink added a way to control that red light from the app? Overall, not a bad product, but it could use some refining.

Greater than one weekInstallation is super easy. But... Scan the switch after connecting to power, but before fully screwing it into the electrical box. Otherwise, you must take the switch back out to scan it.

> 3 dayWorks great, connects to hub no router. I wish the led light could be turned off (its red when the light is off, and bright to me) but the switch functions flawlessly, and is in my living room connected to some track lights so doesnt disturb my sleep.
