> 3 dayworked for one day and then had issues with speed and connections. i am not sure if defect, since it did work for a day, or compatibility because you cannot update the firmware or set up the modes in this due to not being able to run the software on silicon macs at all, i would avoid this one for the mac completely even if you are using an external enclosure, server.... etc. out of the box it does not support mac sleep and will disconnect all the time.

17-12-2024As always, best in class for the price. This was an add to my 1TB stock Samsung M.2 in my 2021 Razer 15 Advanced laptop and works great. But I couldnt help but notice that the lower end Samsung stock drive reads faster even when the WD drive was new and empty. Hmmm... I guess that says something about Samsungs NVME chips. Still very satisfied.

> 3 dayData transfer is amazing. Just remember you are only really getting 1.8 TB. Not sure how manufactures are getting away with this but thats the way it is for all drives.

Greater than one weekOnly have the operating system on it. Boot time is lightning fast.
