Perfect SSD for a PS5: very good read speed easy to install. The only problem is the price but quality has a cost.

Heard about the PS5 ability to use those to free up room on the hard drive. Did my research on what to get and will work. Was easy to install and setup on the PS5. Great addition so you don’t run out of space.

Delay on installing this as one of my other parts ordered was either never shipped or stolen by an amazon employee.

Just install and format, its ready to go. No extra steps and it has built in heat sync.

This is expensive but it is a good hard drive. It was very easy to install and, even though it was only installed 4 days ago has been working very well.

As the title says, the 4tb type of this drive appears to arrive in single AND double-sided versions. I didnt opt to return mine since this drive is ridiculously fast. I dont like that WD did a bait-and-switch with this disk. There is no excuse for this kind of behavior. Every review appears to show the 4TB version as single-sided with only a few lone dissenters. For the price, WD should make it evident what version you are purchasing instead of having incorrect marketing materials.

Super easy to install. I just dont understand why this type of storage is soon expensive these 2 little TB.
