Western digital si conferma sempre affidabile (almeno secondo la mia esperienza) ho preso questo ssd mvme2 per installarci solo il sistema operativo (taglio 250) e uno da 1 tera solo per i giochi. Lo consiglio.

After using it for 4 months on my Razer blade laptop, it suddenly didnt start again. The PC went directly to the BIOS but it showed as if it recognized it normally. But it would never boot back again. Swapped it to a desktop PC and it appeared as if the entire disk was formatted. I had two partitions configured and none could be recovered. I tried to use data recovery tools and was unsuccessful. Practically somehow after working perfectly fine the SSD was completely formatted, erasing all my important data and all I did was reboot my pc. I will never trust WD again.

Firstly, this drive is mainly for the average users who wants a huge boost coming from HD or SSD to NVME. Although it is dram-less and may have slower TLC write speeds than its predecessors, does it matter that much to you? The WD SN550 is a very decent drive with excellent (not high end) speeds and relatively reliable with 5-year warranty.

Easy to install and wark perfectly.. Recommended!

Dont buy a gen 4 drive if you dont need to. This is plenty fast .... Especially as a boot drive .....

Overall the ssd is a wonderful addition to any computer, but unfortunately windows 10 does not recognize the ssd as a drive in its system (even when it can be seen in the bios). After finding this problem I spent about a hour looking for the solution and couldn’t find anything until I went to disk management on my computer. It shows the drive is there but just not being used. You have to format the drive and then it will make it format properly. Good product, good price, just wish I knew about this issue before I purchased it.

No the fastest but it’s impossible to beat as of right now so much storage

It was very easy to install and get working I was able to transfer windows 10, discord and Stellaris on here in only a few minutes. When I booted up Stellaris it ran faster then when it was on my hdd and old m.2. The storage capacity is great for holding a few big titles and other small games.

Prodotto entry-level che presenta un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ottimo per fare un upgrade ad un pc che già di suo ha delle buone prestazioni e si vuole portare ad un livello superiore. L’ho installato in un portatile che presentava anche la porta m2 così da poter sfruttare il proprio hard disk originale come archiviazione e guadagnare velocità con il sistema operativo installato sul nuovo hard disk. Confezione ai minimi sindacali.
