Cant get enough of these, the ability to turn stuff on/off with your voice using Alexa, is just cool. Mostly controlling the power of something, means I can hook up all the lights in the house that need a power outlet to work with a wifi outlet and walk in to the house and just say, Alexa, lights on, and BOOM, theyre on. Very geeky & modern coolness.

These are great when they work. Ver convenient when traveling so house doesnt look dark and empty. Unfortunately, I have to keep reprogramming constantly. Very annoying.

    Greater than one week

I have six of these now and absolutely love them, they work with Echo, are super easy to set a timer and look good. I do wish they were slightly smaller in size because they make using the other outlet impossible unless it is a normal plug. So for example, I can not plug in an iphone charger in the other outlet.

I got these for Christmas and really didnt get what to do with them. We put one on our fan in the bedroom and programmed it to go on before bed and off after we get up. I use the other one on my straightener since I often forget to turn it off. I installed the app on my phone so I can check remotely and turn it off it I find I have left it on. Now that I have them I can think of lots of uses for them.

Easy to setup. Integrated with my Alexa show. Great addition to my smart home!

Paired up easily. Set up a schedule to control some lamps, no additional fees or purchases. Works with Alexa. Only drawback is youre adding two more devices to your router. Which can be a problem for families or homes with multiple devices connected to the WiFi and cheap routers. Youre at the mercy of your WiFi network range as well. To no fault of the device, it is working perfectly.

Just received. Love these and easy to set up. I could NOT make it work with Wink ( 1st generation ). If you read the little instruction it comes with its easy. Works great with Alexa Dot once you program it to through the Alexa App or works with its own app, Smart Life. They are easily programmable or you can do it manually from its app.

These work great and the software that controls them works great with my iPhone. You can set up to 720 on/off cycles per day ((24 hrs/day * 60 minutes per hour) / 2 for on/off) with the same setting for each day or different settings for different days. I use it as a security light to randomly turn on and off the lights through the night. It also interfaces with my Alexa, thus giving me the option to manually control the plugs from either my iPhone or from Alexa. Setting it up is easy, although there is no documentation that states it only interfaces with 2.4GHz wifi networks. I initially tried setting it up with my 5GHz, but it only gave me frustration. Once I figured out to use the 2.4, everything went great.

Works OK so far, but this device worries me from a security point of view. Cheap but scary. I disabled all the Android Smart Life apps permissions in Settings->Apps after configuring the device. Why did the app literally need every permission known to man on my Android phone to simply configure the device? What REALLY worries me is the amount of data the device moves to/from The Cloud---constantly. Is it eavesdropping on my local LAN traffic? Or, is it a Trojan Horse waiting for instructions from hackers lurking in the shadows in another country? Over the last 7 days the device downloaded 18 Mbytes and uploaded 135 MBytes of data (see photo)! More than a bit worrisome. The rate has slowed down to ~120 Kbyte/6 MBytes down/up per 24 hour period over the last few days, but what possibly can be going on? I dont want a rogue IOT device in my house participating in botnet shenanigans!

Product works well so long as it stays connected. Continually says that its not connected when I log into the app so I have to go unplug it and plug it back in. Other than that it works well though. Bought four of them and all four have the same issue with connection at times.
