Greater than one weekConvenient but feels like it is missing some functionality. Cant get it to pair with IFTTT which would be nice to be able to turn lights off when I leave the house. First order had a dud but the company was quick in shipping me out a new one. Great customer service.

> 3 dayThese seem to be a good value and were easy to set up. They have worked flawlessly for the few days I have had them. I do not use Alexa but control them with the iOS app, which also includes voice control. I noticed a lag in response when using voice control but only a few seconds delay. I will be interested to see how these work after a power outage, and how long they will last. The app could use a bit of polish and documentation is spotty, but the devices were easy and fast to set up and use.

> 3 dayThese are great, easy to set up and work well. Only problem I see is that they are typical Chinese made products. The plug holes arent tight for the electronic you plug into it, so theres risk it will come out or fall out from being too loose. Which is why I gave these 4 stars rather than 5. Other than that I love them! Especially because they are priced a lot better than others on the market...

> 3 dayLove these little guys. I bought 4 and just order 6 more. They are extremely easy to program and set up. I am controlling them through Alexa and they work great. Im going to use one to control all the Christmas lights my wife is going to make me hang this weekend.... :-)

> 3 dayI love these things!! I mean.. it only took me 20 hours to figure out how to install, but work great! Im having fun with them! Just a hassle that if you change the name of the outlet later on down the road, you have to discover new device on alexa. Also, hate that you have to download the app, especially if I buy different devices from a different company, Ill end up having 20 different light apps on my phone!

> 3 dayEdit 11/11/17: Downgraded to 3 stars after having used these for some time. I still like it, and think its still value for money considering the other products out there. The issue Im having is its glitchy. Sometimes goes offline for no reason, requiring me to unplug and replug. And the timer function is only about 80% reliable- sometimes plain does not turn on. Have not identified any trends, its a cr@pshoot- some day lights turn on and some days they done. And often unplugging and replugging rectifies it for a few weeks. The Alexa function and phone control seem to be reliable so long as plug is online- but I wouldnt trust the timer for vital systems. Original post: Frankly, Im blown away and one part of me is still waiting for something to fail but it hasnt yet. Cheap, small, simple device with quick set up. Just plug it in, download the app to phone, connect the two and youre good to go. The app allows for basic functions like timer etc; scenes that can be triggered by sunset/sunrise, humidity etc- but have not experimented with these functions yet. Once you assign a name for each plug, works seamlessly with Alexa. And for less than 30 bucks for two, seems like a bargain compared to the other branded ones. Instruction manual wasnt helpful, with the usual bad English, but its not hard to figure out. Bought a 2nd set.

Greater than one weekI have eight of these smart outlets and just ordered two more. The voice control works great with my Amazon Echo Dots. I also have them working with my Google Home. I havent had any problems with any of them so far. Besides using voice control, the Smart Life app works very well when at a remote location with internet access.. I use three of them to control lamps, one to turn my work bench power on/off, one to turn my electric blanket on before I go to bed, one controls a battery charger, one powers a computer monitor on/off and the last one turns on/off a foot heating pad under my desk. (Dont have to crawl under the desk anymore to turn it on or off). Love the voice control with Alexa. A few minutes before I go to bed at night, I just say Computer, turn on electric blanket. I use the wake-up word Computer instead of Alexa. I highly recommend these cool gadgets. :) Six months later - I now have 10 of these smart outlets and havent had any problems with any of them. All are still working fine. Im still using Echo Dots and a Echo Show to control them and can even do it from my car while driving. I plan on buying a couple more. Great product! EDIT: (12/09/18). Purchased a few more and now have 18. All have worked well and none have failed.

> 3 dayWell, it is a rare day I give anything a 1 star, these plugs finally earn their place. Im relatively tech savvy, been at this a few decades and with Alexa have had no real issues except a few minor burps with a couple of Phillips Hue light bulbs that needed resetting per seriel number. Then theres these plugs, not my first Alexa plugs but had hopes theyd be just right where I was going to connect them with the Smart Home. After several plug outlets, several attempts, and trying in every location nothing ever is discovered, never connected, just the definitiion of insanity ringing in my head. Now I will have to do one thing I absolutely dispise, return a product. Theres some 5 star reviews where these things appear to operate great, others where they shut down sometimes, and others where they simply did not work. Looks like I got the simply did not work set as both fall into this most disappointing of categories. Like a casino slot machine, it looks like you have to buy these at your own risk and hope you get a pair that work consistently. Good luck!
