Winfield 2 Hardside Luggage with Spinner Wheels, Carry-On 20-Inch, Brushed Anthracite

Bought for a trip to Ireland. Perfect size for a checked bag and I liked the hard case because it rains a lot there!

My husband and I purchased the 2 piece luggage set. We were very excited to get it as we have a big family vacation coming up and need to limit the amount of luggage we bring. When we pulled the small 20 luggage out we pulled the handle up and havent been able to put the handle down. This is very inconvenient and wont be able to use this bag as a carry-on or even a check bag. We now dont have time to wait for another bag to come before our trip. Very disappointing.

Really like this suitcase. It made it through 2 flights with just a couple of scratches courtesy of the airport. Large and roomy! The wheels were heaven-sent! Glad I purchased this.

I ordered the 20 in, description says it’s expandable but I received the item and it is not expandable. I returned it to reorder the correct one. Spent an hour on the phone with Amazon 2 different times to accomplish this and drove 2 towns over to return it. Got the replacement and it is exactly the same and not expandable. If you are looking for the item in the description for the 20 inch do not order this product.

The suitcase is built well, maneuvers easily, but looks can be deceiving. The brushed anthracite is actually a large decal applied to the suitcase. It has already ripped and we will be promptly exchanging for another product.

Has traveled about 20000 miles so far. Has Heald up very well. Easy to spot, easy to roll. Light weight. As for durability, we will have to see after a year or two, but for now, still looks like new.

Feels solid. Got a refurbished item, but pretty happy with it. Only noticed a small scratch in front. Earlier had bought the smaller version of the same variant (
