Everything else is fine, but the handle situation ruins this product. Something you’d never think of until you experience it.

> 3 dayOrdered on Thursday and it arrived on Saturday. I dont think Ive ever had anything come that fast! This is going to be a Christmas present so as of now not sure how it will hold up. I have looked at it and its very pretty. Just hope it holds up to the Samsonite name.

> 3 daySo far these bags seem to hold up well to airplane travel and the harsh conditions they go through with the airline luggage handlers. Ive had no issues with zipper functions. One bag was dented on my last flight and I was able to pop it back out easily with no damage left. They have survived three plane trips so far. I love that I can store them inside each other.

15-12-2024I purchased both the 20 and 24 of this luggage and they are fantastic! I love how the 24 expands. They are so easy to maneuver around the airport, and they are surprisingly light weight.
