> 24 hourTough little plug that I had no problems plugging in, and I have weak fingers. Nice solid prongs that don’t bend up. Very thick rubber and great protection for wiring. High quality plug. No doubt in my mind that it will last a lifetime. Weathers storms with no trouble. Reasonably priced.

> 24 hourExcellent quality dog bone power adapter cable. Featuring an L5-30P (plug) on one end, and a TT-30R (receptacle) (the TT, standing for Travel Trailer), this cable is the perfect go between for your RVs power cable, and your inverter generator. This cable is rated (and has a connector for) 30-amp service. The build quality is professional- everything sealed, and the cable is thick. The wire is flexible, while retaining the appropriate amount of stiffness to instill confidence in the copper within. The PVC jacket is billed as flame retardant, and UV protected. The L5-30P connector (generator-side) is a 3-prong, twist-lock, and the TT-30P connector (RV-side)- with its 90-degree slanted primary contacts- is 3-slotted, featuring a molded-in handle grip, for easy (and safer) disconnects. The entire dog bone assembly measures 12-inches long, and a quick test with a DMM (digital multi-meter) showed zero resistance, across any of the three conductors. The assembly has an ETL certification molded on the connectors- meaning, it meets UL certification standards. What more could you ask for? Im a happy camper!

> 24 hourThis review is for the NAME L5-30P to NEMA TT30R dogbone adapter. A basic test with a multimeter show the basic connections to be wired properly to the plug(P) and jack/receptacle(R) connectors. The adaptor itself is exactly as pictured and described by the product listing. Both connectors are well formed and have a nice large rubberized and textured grip on the plug end, and a large handle on the receptacle end for easier connection and disconnection. Tested it with the AC running along with other accessories in my RV for well over an hour and did not feel like the connectors or wire were warm to the touch. If you arent clear about what that means, note that if your adaptors, extensions, or the cord itself from your RV to the power source feels warm or hot to the touch, there may be a problem. Reduce the amount of power you are using immediately in such cases. In this case, this adaptor appeared to be able to handle the load and did not show any signs of warming/heating. Certainly a good sign!

> 24 hourThis adapter cord works well with my generator. Just plug in and go. Heavy duty. Well worth the money.

> 24 hourA couple times a year, we rustic camp with our fifth wheel RV and use a inverter generator for power. The generator has a rigid twist lock adapter for my 30 amp RV cord but its clocked wrong so you have to drape the cord over top of the generator to keep it from disconnecting. This adapter alleviates that issue as the cord allows flexibility in the connection. This adapter comes packaged in a plain cardboard box with the cord packaged in a plastic zip bag inside. Along with the cord is some documentation describing the product and the plug configuration but has some inaccuracies. The description says it has LED power indicator but it does not. The cord has high quality ends with good contacts and a very thick, heavy cord. The product advertises pure copper wires and I have no reason to disbelieve that. As with most thick cord, it is very stiff but should soften up with use and/or heat. This is a high quality adapter at a very reasonable price and I give it 5 stars all day long.

> 24 hourIf you’re looking for a 30amp pigtail to hook your 30amp RV into your generator, this is it. Works just fine. The cord doesn’t get hot and seems to withstand the heat. It attaches to the generator just fine and does lock on real good. I think this is a great value considering what you would pay at a RV dealership.
