> 24 hourI bought this for the count down timer feature to turn on a recirculating hot water pump on demand, then have it go off automatically after 20 minutes. The count down timer feature on the app is lame. It must be programmed for start and stop times each time you use it. That will never happen. While the app lets you program for specific set times each day, that is not what I need for my application.

> 24 hourI’m thrilled. This is exactly what I was looking for to manage the holiday lights, and some. Setup was so easy it basically set itself up. All devices are through a single app. Simple, seamless - the functionality is great.

> 24 hourThe smart plug and app worked great for a few years until I upgraded my WIFI. After the upgrading the WIFI, the WiOns app would no longer function. I called their customer support and WiOn WANTED ME TO PAY $99.00 TO FIX THEIR APP. No thank you. I did find any Unapproved WIFI list in the literature. If WiOn would fix their app, they would not have any need for the aforementioned Unapproved WIFI list. FYI: The app would not function with the Amazon eero Pro 6E mesh Wi-Fi. Otherwise their smart plug performed very well until upgrading to the eero Wi-Fi.

> 24 hourI had high hopes for this smart outlet. My home has been completely renovated as a smart home, so Ive tried just about all of these types of outlets on the market. This is one of the bulkiest hunks of junk Ive tried. This one at first took 3 days to pair with my Wifi router. I thoroughly consulted the poorly worded troubleshooting section of the manual. Keep in mind, Im a computer scientist. Most of the manual did not make sense (broken English, poor sentence structures). After I finally got this thing to work, a slew of other problems arose. The app would constantly freeze or crash (Yes, my iPhone is updated). Eventually, after a month the device completely stopped working. No lights, no pairing, nothing. I am now outside of my Amazon return window. Quite frankly, Im so frustrated with this thing, I wouldnt even waste my time driving it to the post office.

> 24 hourItem description states the item is new but apparently they are selling returns or repackaged items as mine came opened and it had previously been setup by a different user making it extremely annoying to use. Something I also missed on this is you have to install a proprietary app to easily control this thing which is a nuisance. The plus is also much bulkier than I was expecting being about 4 times the size of my other similar smart plugs. I ended up returning it due to receiving a used item, the size being ridiculously large, and it not being easily compatible with my current TP-Link, TopGreener, and Alexa system. I wouldnt recommend this unless you were planning on only buying this brand for your smart plug system.

> 24 hourSo this item I would not recommend because it hasn’t worked I have tried different ways of using it and it’s not working it’s not even connecting to the app so I can turn it on it to work I don’t know what the problem is I will be returning this item I do not recommend purchasing because it’s not connecting to either the Wi-Fi or the app so this is a complete

> 24 hourI purchased 2 outlets and I like the product feature. However, the app on my android phone keep losing connection to the units (lost on/off icon on the phone screen) on regular basis, usually when I really need it. I submit an email to the company but they never bothered to respond. If you lost remote app control, it is essentially an expensive timer.
