Greater than one weekI was shocked at how well made this backpack is when I initially expected it to have lower quality materials. The actual outer material is surprisingly resilient and the zippers are dense and heavy and work great. The bag has adequate padding on the back and on the shoulder straps. The bag has two side pockets for bottles (or whatever else you might want to put there) as well as 3 main pockets (two of which have additional internal pockets). In one of the pockets you will find a USB cable that can attach to a portable battery bank which you can then use to charge your phone or tablet by using the USB charging port on the outside of the bag. In another of the pockets you can also store cards, like badges, credit cards, etc (dont know who would do this to be honest) but it does have RFID protection if you use them. The back, larger pocket has a couple pocket sleeves for more items, one of which is the primary sleeve to put your laptop or tablet in and it even has a velcro strap to secure it into place so it would move around in the bag as easily. Overall, I am happy with this bag, and I think it will be more than suitable for most people. I highly recommend it.

> 3 dayI loaded this backpack down with a laptop, portable monitor, planner, and 4 files that are at least 2 inches thick each. I still had plenty of room left over! I love the bright red. Everyone else in the office has black backpacks. Its easy to spot mine when we all get together. No more searching to find the right one. Its very sturdy, and I think it will hold up well. Ive only been using it for a short time, so Im uncertain of the long term durability. But so far its taken a beating and doesnt show it. The straps are thick and spread the weight well. As a Gen Xer, Ive always worn my backpack on 1 shoulder. Since my back is now regretting that decision years ago, Ive become more aware of how well weight is spread and how comfy a backpack actually is. This one is comfy.

> 3 dayLets get something out of the way right up front: it doesnt claim water resistance and it definitely is not. I poured a little water on it and it immediately soaked in. Since it didnt claim water resistance Im not going to knock off a star, but it is a little disappointing that it doesnt offer at least some resistance. That said, this bag has everything else: lots of pockets, copious amounts of padding where you expect it, carrying handle, water bottle pockets, and USB and headphone passthrough. There are credit card slots with RFID protection, detachable keyring, durable outer fabric, and full lining. The laptop pocket is right where it should be, against the back. The laptop pocket is easily big enough for a 15 laptop and offers great protection. Between the padded shoulder straps is a hanging loop, too, so you dont have to use the carrying handle to hang the bag. There are also small reflectors on the sides of the bag and one of the shoulder straps. This bag sweats the small details. The only thing missing--besides water resistance--is a more durable bottom fabric.

> 3 dayThis is exactly what I was looking for to take to work. There are 3 zippered compartments. 1 is perfect for laptop and notes. The 2nd compartment is really large which is good if you pack lunches or have hotel desks where you need to bring stuff back and forth every day. The last compartment is small so I use it for stuff that would get lost in the bigger compartments. There is also a pocket for drinks on either side of the backpack. I have no complaints so far!
