> 24 hourI went on a trip to Cuba on board ship and has to still stay in touch with my clients. I was traveling with a friend who needed me to carry her luggage also because her arm was in a sling. So rather than take my typical carry-on bag that I roll along on wheels, are used this backpack to do the same job and it worked out fine giving me a free hand to help her as well as carry my luggage. Also in the past, on occasion, I have had the airlines tell me that the overhead bin’s were full and that I had to check my carry-on rolling bag. They won’t do this if all you were caring is this backpack. You can pack a small purse inside it to use when you get to your destination.

> 24 hourI love the huge amount of storage and wide variety of compartments this back pack has. I was very impressed with how well thought out the design is. The only criticism or room for improvement I have found is the need to have a chest strap with snap buckle that goes between the two main shoulder carrying straps. When the bag is loaded up and you have it on your shoulders the load causes tends to pull the straps farther apart and it isn’t as comfortable as it could be, especially if you have it on your back for a while and are going far. As far as the service and packaging, I give an excellent rating!

> 24 hourIve only used this bag for a few days but so far I like most things about it. The bag itself is light and this is a plus until items are placed in the front pockets. When there are items in the front pockets, then the bag tends to fall forward. This is a bit frustrating when trying to get something from the front pockets and you have to fight with the bag. Keeping all the zippers closed is helpful, but time consuming when retrieving things from various pockets. However, it has a large number of pockets and places to store both large and small items. I like the organization except for the front pockets. There are lots of small storage spaces in the bottom front pocket, but these are not very accessible when the bag is on the ground.

> 24 hourIve had this bag for a couple of years. I wore it on my bike going to school. Its worn fairly well on the exterior. But the linings/dividers on the inside are thin and sewn porly. They have worn holes where semi-sharp objects (like pens) were held and the interior sitching has come apart in places. Does it still work? Yes. The outside has held together well so I dont have anything falling out. Do I think its fair for the price? Yes. Could I have paid more for a better bag? Yes.

> 24 hourDefinitely buy the warranty. What this doesnt tell you is that they guarantee the purchase for 30 days. No more. I bought this on October 5. Its now February 27, so not quite 5 months after purchase. My son (a freshman in high school) needed this for his classes because his old backpack was worn out and falling apart. This is definitely spacious, has lots of compartments, and my son liked it a lot. But now the zippers are pulling apart from the fabric - the small pocket in the very front just hangs open like a flap now. Not only is the zipper coming away from the fabric, but the teeth are pulled apart as well, so even if I could fix the zipper, it wont zip anymore because of these issues (and this isnt even a pocket my son uses). Its too bad, because otherwise, its a great backpack . Again, really spacious, *most* of the materials are solid (there are a couple of spots where its already starting to show wear and tear, but thats more appearance than structure), and its comfortable. Just too bad the zippers are cheap and the seams werent sewn together well. So if you want to get this one, *definitely* buy the warranty so when it starts to fall apart in a couple of months, at least you can get a replacement. Me, Im SOL, I guess. Update: its not April 5. This morning, my son lifted his backpack from the floor by the handle, and a huge hole ripped in the top main compartment. He then went to add something to the top front zipper area, and the same thing happened as back in February: the zipper has peeled away from the backpack, and the zipper tabs came apart. So now the two front pockets are completely non-functional. Were just going to have to trash this one and buy him a new backpack. Whats funny is, I bought my daughter the same backpack, but her is in gray. Theres no issues with it at all. Yet, anyway. But yeah, youre just tossing your money out the window with this thing.

> 24 hourAs of this writing, Im a 41-year-old man who already has an AS in software engineering; BS in business management; and MBA. I earned the AS back in 98 at a brick-and-mortar school. My other degrees were at online-dominant schools. All my submissions were typed and submitted electronically, all presentations done virtually, all professor interactions done via videoconference. Most testing was proctored online. I bring this up not to be braggadocios in the least, but to indicate that its been TWENTY YEARS since Ive been on a school campus. I decided for a career change to nursing, so here I am, back on campus 20 years later, needing an actual backpack to carry physical books, and notebooks, and binders, and pencils, and pens, and other accoutrements of on-campus student life. Oh, my! Being frank here, I didnt know what to even look for, so I picked the first thing that came up in search results. Serendipity, I love you because I made a good decision. This backpack is beyond spacious. Im taking full load of classes, so even beyond my required textbooks, I have a crap ton of items to tote around. Two notable points: 1.) I have never felt I was running low on space. No matter how much I cram in here, there always seems to be room for yet more. If anything, there might be too much space, because I occasionally find I have to search around for items. (I guess this wouldnt be an issue if I remembered where I packed them.) 2.) Despite the large load, I never feel encumbered. I have zero clue how they designed the backpack for this, but whether Im carrying it on one shoulder or both, I simply dont feel bogged down. This is important because my classes are scattered all across the campus, which means a lot of walking. The last thing I need is getting to class hobbled over in back pain. I also only realized the USB port after I purchased it. How cool is that! I can buy a portable charger, which I will, and keep my phone or any other USB-friendly device charged while Im at school all day. Even though I did zero research to get it, Im happy with my haphazard purchase. Its made college life that much easier.

> 24 hourThis is a solid backpack. The separate spaces are designed well. Papers in one section, lunch/snacks in another. Small items in the front. Laptop is well protected and is easily large enough for my 15 laptop, and would probably hold a 17 fine. The charging port works great with an internal spot for the battery so it is not just laying in the bottom. Simply attach your cord to the external USB port and you are in business. The water bottle pockets on the sides are tall enough to keep my water bottle or travel coffee cup in place without risk of falling out. 5 stars from me!!!

> 24 hourI replaced an older laptop backpack with this one for carry-on during travel. I have carried two laptops in the bag simultaneously without issue many times. So many pockets in this bag. I have yet to run out of space when packing it. For the price listed, I thought I was running the risk of it being cheap material but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of manufacture. I heavily abuse this product and its performed well to date. Comfortable to wear, fits all my equipment with room to spare and stows well under seats in planes even when packed with two laptops and other equipment. No buyers remorse from me.

> 24 hourWell this thing has a lot of nice features, a lot of room and is very functional. However, Amazons return window was 30 days from delivery. Well, at 55 days one of the seams started to come apart and continued to come further apart very easily. So, since Im beyond the return window, I guess Im screwed as far as returns or refunds go. I did sew the seam back up on my own. About a four inch length. And I havent used this backpack that much in those 55 days. Well see how long the rest of this backpack lasts. Needless to say I wont be buying this one again and I DONT recommend this back pack to anyone one. Update. I received an email from the seller and she was very helpful in trying to make the situation right for me. She did send me another backpack. I ended up sewing the seams back together myself. So I will keep the one she sent me as a backup and start using it when the current one gives out. Again, the rating for this backpack is pretty good. It is very functional and has lots of room. Maybe I was just unlucky.
