This backpack is beautiful and has lots of pockets, but is not quite durable. I took it on a 2-weeks vacation and by day nine, one of the straps started tearing. By the end of the second week, the strap is almost completely torn from the seam. This was my first time using this backpack; I actually purchased it specifically for this trip. It served its purpose (2 week trip to China), but I may not be able to use it again which is unfortunate because I really like this backpack. UPDATE: Changed star rating from 2 to 5 after seller contacted me to rectify the situation. Seller then sent me a replacement backpack - free of charge. Very professional and understanding.

Recently purchased this backpack and so far it has been doing a good job of holding all my everyday carry items including my laptop. The straps are very comfortable and has enough compartments to keep everything organized. As far as quality obviously its not an expensive bag, I wish it had a little more structure to it but for the price could not as for more.

Im in my second year of law school, and a durable large book bag is a must. After going through two book bags from Walmart in three weeks because the zipper broke, I decided to invest in a better quality book bag. The material feels very sturdy and it zips smoothly. I was nearly able to fit all of the books today inside, which for four classes is very impressive. The zippers did not appear to be stressed with all of the weight either. My only complaint, is that the straps are pretty thick, which for the width of my shoulders, was a little uncomfortable against my arms. However, the strap width probably helped with making the book bag not feel so heavy when it was on my back. So glad I bought this book bag.

Overall, as a college student that frequently traveled, the bag fulfilled my basic needs. It held my notebooks, laptop, accessories and spare clothes with room to spare. The actual bag is very roomy. However, I had a few issues. - Mold grew on one of the outer pockets after about a month. Very difficult to get off, and not sure where it came from since I live in a dry environment. -Not enough internal storage compartments. There was not enough inside pockets to put my earbuds, phone, sunglasses, and other accessories. Other than the small outside pocket, which is prone to getting crushed/stolen, and an even smaller pocket above it, I had to shove them all into the bag. Aside from the laptop compartment, the main two compartments dont really have enough inside pockets. Pros: - lots of room - backpack is able to stand up by itself. - good quality handle Edit: their customer service was very good, and I was sent a replacement bag for the mold.

Lots of storage space. Zippers smooth to operate. I have NEVER been able to fill this backpack and I have travelled with this backpack with my baby who was an infant and who is now 3! Fits my things and her travel necessities.

I ordered this bag because of the dimensions. I wanted a means of carrying around my work laptop and my school laptop. This bag is seriously roomy. I can fit a 15” 2018 MacBook Pro, a 15.4” HP Elitebook, my tablet, a couple of ring binders, cables for all of the above, accessories for all of the above, and other miscellaneous things. It’s clear to see that my concern was also comfort with carrying around so much. Well, the design of the shoulder pads and the ergonomic features seem to be doing its job of distributing the load because my bag doesn’t feel overly heavy. It’s heavy, for sure, but the weight gets distributed so that I don’t feel a lot of strain. Granted, it’s only on my back for about 15 minute treks at a time, but I sincerely believe I could carry it around longer if necessary. Apart from capacity, there’s also many compartments to stash things in so that I was able to organize my items neatly which allows me to find what I need quickly without having to dig around in one huge compartment for everything. I also appreciated that the bag was relatively lightweight while empty, while still having a sturdy feel. I imagine this is by design so that the bag isn’t so heavy when full. tldr; Great bag if you need to carry around a small office, fits two full sized 15” laptops, a tablet and notebooks.

Ive had this bag for a couple of years. I wore it on my bike going to school. Its worn fairly well on the exterior. But the linings/dividers on the inside are thin and sewn porly. They have worn holes where semi-sharp objects (like pens) were held and the interior sitching has come apart in places. Does it still work? Yes. The outside has held together well so I dont have anything falling out. Do I think its fair for the price? Yes. Could I have paid more for a better bag? Yes.

This is a solid backpack. The separate spaces are designed well. Papers in one section, lunch/snacks in another. Small items in the front. Laptop is well protected and is easily large enough for my 15 laptop, and would probably hold a 17 fine. The charging port works great with an internal spot for the battery so it is not just laying in the bottom. Simply attach your cord to the external USB port and you are in business. The water bottle pockets on the sides are tall enough to keep my water bottle or travel coffee cup in place without risk of falling out. 5 stars from me!!!
