I have not used this backpack yet but I was looking for something that I could take as a carry-on for an international trip after receiving this it is very well made it has a lot of extra pockets to put your things in a little bit separated you can also carry a laptop and other electronic devices it has a plug for your battery to charge your phone or devices that plugs right into the side of it it also has a headphone area that you can plug into through the top of the bag the zippers are all well-made and the color is black with red trim I picked this color due to the fact my other hard sided luggage that I will be taking a long is all black I will update my review after use but so far I am well pleased

Loved the book bag but the clasp on one strap is already broken. I bought for school year and it January and I have to buy a new book bag

I DID NOT want a new backpack. I loved my old High Sierra that I had for almost 6 years but it was slowly coming apart enough that I was afraid to continue to trust it. I went searching to see what was selling now. I came across this bag and read the reviews, read the description and thought that it sounded like it would work. I wasn’t convinced but since it was returnable, I would give it a try. I was excited to get home and open the box. Seriously! I immediately thought, “nope! This is going back!! To small!” I fixed dinner but decided to do a fair comparison. I took it out of the bag, i unfolded it still dubious. GAME CHANGER!!! This bag is REALLY well made! Like really good quality material!! The capacity is MIND BLOWING! I am a teacher and carry at least one backpack, a shoulder bag, my purse and lunch. This bag consolidated my 17” laptop, my Erin Condren planner, my tablet, my stack of papers, a pair of sneakers, my umbrella, first aid supplies, a pack rain coat...I STILL HAVE ROOM!!! How??? EVEN MY EXTRA LARGE PEN POUCH FITS IN IT!! I am so excited to see how this wears and handles my daily usage. If I change my mind, I’ll change my review but right now 100% happy!

I used this as my main bag while touring in Scotland. It fit all my daily necessities as well as some gear, and when I had a day away from the tour it fit everything I needed for an overnight in the highlands. I used this backpack heavily every day for a month and it is still holding up beautifully. All the stitching and zippers are in good shape :) The only thing that is a little less than ideal is that it isn’t waterproof, but it will keep your stuff dry in a misting. If it’s really coming down, you will be drying out your passport later.

Hi, huge nerd here. I absolutely love this backpack! I had swiss gear back back for about 8 yrs and its starting to fall apart but is still usable. I was carrying all my DnD stuff in it but the straps were really starting to break down along with killing my back. I found this one on Amazon, saw all the great reviews, and decided to give it a chance. Gotta say its really awesome! Between my 5 DnD books, dice tray, 2 bags of dice, life counters, notebooks, pencils, pens, erasers, etc I still have room for more! Aside from great space the straps are a lot thicker which makes it feel like the weight is distributed more equally so it doesnt hurt my back or shoulders to carry it. Highly recommend it! Itd make a great book bag for students or a travel bag!

Plenty of room for rocks and whatnot. Why rocks? Because if you stuff em with rocks, and carry them around for a few days, by the time you are ready for your trip, your freshly loaded backpack containing clothes, shoes, tablet, toiletries, underroos, and kitchen sink, will be soooo much lighter. Your plane ride will be a joyous occasion, like a TWA commercial from the 60s. Just be sure to clean out all the rocks, otherwise TSA may offer a curious look. Seems well made, and will update this review once I have it for six months. Wished it had better padding in the pocket area to protect the electronics.

Love the bag and all it’s features that it offered. Bought it for a backpacking trip to Europe. Was a little disappointed when I was ready to put it on my carry on handle and there was no flap in the back as advertised and shown in the pictures to put it there. So I constantly had to keep the bag either in my hand or on my back. Had to buy luggage straps to help with this issue. Besides that, the bag is very good and holds a lot.

Had this pack for about a month and I like it very much so far. I bought it so I could use it for my laptop to just head to the office as well as for travelling. I like this pack because I can carry enough clothes for a day or two with my laptop and not worry about too much luggage space on these darn airplanes. I hate to have to worry about overhead and loading on a plane early, so I use this pack that allows me the option of just sliding under the seat in front of me if necessary.

Purchased this pack to take on a trip to Jamaica. It performed outstanding, there are more than enough pockets for all your stuff. Opened it up laid it flat and went right through TSA without having to dump out all my electronics. And there is a strap on the back to put it on the handle of your suitcase making it easy to carry on top. Oh and did I say that there is enough room to pack for a couple of days without any problem. I always like to pack a couple days in case my check in bag gets lost. Many more things that I could say about this bag, bottom line it works... and would recommend it for traveling for the day or packing lite for the week.

I bought this backpack for my son who is in middle school and it has lasted all year. In fact, it is still in great condition with no rips or tears. He throws it around and it has held up! No more having to buy a new one every year! The first backpack I bought him lasted only about a month before the seams started coming apart and the interior pockets began to shred. This bag has plenty of compartments and the overall size can hold several books, notebooks, a binder, a tablet, snacks and miscellaneous supplies. The side pocket can hold a large water bottle securely. The zippers are heavy duty. The overall material is thick and easy to clean. I am very happy with this purchase!
