If you need a good metric set this is not it. Most of the dies and taps are imperial. This definitely is a common set since many of the bolts and nuts on a car regardless of origin are commonly imperial with metric heads. However, dont look to this for those odd ball taps and dies you need. I needed a good M12 set as many of the bolts and nuts on my car use M12. The set is pretty nice, just very incomplete.

The first use was the 10-32 tap in soft aluminum. It ruined the cutting threads. This set is going back.
