> 3 dayThere seems to be some confusion as to the size of the dies. I measure them as 25mm round dies.

Greater than one weekTaps and dies seem to be good quality. T-handle and die holder are crap

> 3 dayThis set is has an enticing price point. My set was complete. Today I used the 3/8th inch die to place a stud end on a mild steel rod. The result is adequate for my application. Understand that the handles are very short. I could barely muster the leverage needed to turn an ample nut hold. If you need this for larger diameters, you will thank yourself for going with a larger turn lever. This one is only OK for small diameter jobs.

> 3 dayGreat value for the money for light material, would not go past 1/4 inch steel or aluminum. Have not broke yet at all. Very well organized to use. Well worth the money

Greater than one weekThis set is a very good deal for the price. This is my first tap and die set, so I cant really speak to the quality of the cutting tools compared to a $100+ set. The set is impressively comprehensive for something at this price range...the best I found on Amazon. The cutting tools that I ended up using worked fine, although I was cutting aluminum so not maybe the hardest test. The tap and die wrenches themselves are not as well made. The tap wrench had trouble holding on to the tap no matter how hard I tightened it. This was more of an issue when backing the tap out and putting pressure underneath it to keep the tap from cross threading. While driving it in it wasnt much of an issue, and I was still able to get the job done in the end. My thread gauges were a bit disappointing, mostly because the rivets on the gauges are tight enough that it is hard to pull them out for use. I appreciated that the set really did include everything you need, and that it had both metric and SAE. In the end, its hard to beat this deal for the price.
