> 3 dayNo complaints about the taps or dies. The tools that come along with the set are usable but of low quality. But that is what should be expected at this price point. I will replace those pieces soon. Overall this is a good set for the DIYer. Good for light use.

> 3 dayI bought this kit to chase some threads in the lawn tractor engine we are working on. The actual bit was plenty sharp, and ended up working well. However, the handle that hold the bit did not clamp down on the bit itself. It would slip unless I use pliers to sock it down. I will be buying a better handle as the bits look good and the case is well laid out.

> 3 dayInitial quality looks great. Tapped a 7/16 x 14 hole with no problems. Only time will tell the longevity but for home use its a great product, price and quality. Packing is excellent.

> 3 dayFirst of all it was missing one of the dyes I needed to use. Not sure who to call to get it replaced. Second of all I wanted to tap a #6 screw hole. I tried to use the small hand tool that was supplied. When I tried tapping the screw hole the tap kept slipping in the so called chuck. I had it tightened as far as it would go and the dye just kept slipping. So I ended up using a small crescent wrench. Doesnt seem to be a very well made tool. Wouldnt order it again.
