AC Infinity AIRCOM T8, Quiet Cooling Blower Fan System 17 Rear-Exhaust for Receivers, Amps, DVR, AV Cabinet Components

The fan was heavy duty I was able to set my receiver component on top of it cooled everything down fine.

I had it for less then a year. It stopped working. I contacted AC Infinity AIRCOM T8, Quiet Cooling Blower Fan System .

Works great could be a little more quiet, even though its enclosed in a cabinet I can still hear the fan motors.

I have a Yamaha receiver in a closed cabinet and keeps it nice and cool. I have the rear venting unit. At first I thought the noice level was loud but after lowering the speed on the fan and keeping it on Auto i dent hear it and the temp stays within a few degrees of 85.

I ordered one about two years ago for my receiver. I now just upgraded to separates where I have a receiver and amp so I ordered another. Both times the product came quick thanks to prime. The unit is made well, packaging is great, the controls couldn’t be any simpler. Overall great product! I don’t write reviews often but when I just got my second one and it reminded me how much I like this product.

Just received this today and I must say, I am impressed. The first thing I noticed was this thing is rather heavy, which to me indicates it wasnt built cheap. Everything I see is metal, no plastic. The only thing I do wish though is that they didnt round off the front panel ends. Looks to me like its supposed to be used on only a Marantz. I would prefer the corners had been squared off to better match my Denon AVR-4810CI. In any case, that detail certainly is not a deal breaker. After I got it unboxed I was ready to pop it right on top of the Denon, plugged it in and it took right off. Took just a couple quick minutes to set it up the way I wanted, thanks to very well written and easy to follow instructions, and it dropped the temp of my receiver 5 degrees in a matter of minutes. I was glad that the display can not only be dimmed in 3 different steps, but it can be shut off completely if you like. Ive been needing something like this for a long, long time, and when I saw this, I immediately knew Id buy one. I had a little clip on fan on my component rack that really looked tacky, but I know its important to keep your expensive electronics cool, so I put up with it. This Aircom T8 is fantastic, and if you like to crank your music once and awhile, and like to listen to your movies at theater volume, then your amp/receiver is going to get warm, or worse hot, and thats bad news. Not only does heat shorten the life of components inside your electronics, but the hotter something gets, the worse its going to sound. Id recommend one of these Aircoms to anyone. Theyre solid quality built, easy to set up, nice display, and fill an absolute need for anyone smart enough to keep their toys cool.

Makes a lot of noise. The 24dB specified is probably just at the slowest speed. But when the AVR is running, the cooler will hardly run at lowest speed so itll always be audible noise

Customer service is excellent. The product is excellent and I will continue to purchase ac infinity products

Excellent unit. Fit in tight spot above my av receiver. Very quiet. Kept the temperature at or below my target temp. No issues.
