The first one i received wouldnt power on. The second one works, however the built in speaker isnt very loud. To use for any kind of application requiring sound, you need to be right next to it. Not very useful for video or music apps.

Love this Chromebook its very good battery life is excellent really have nothing negative to say about it

This is a fantastic computer. My kids love it since they can flip it around and use it like a tablet. I love that it has the keyboard so I can use it for work. I also like that we each have our own log in. My files wont be messed up. It was super easy to set up. Overall, I would buy it again and may end up doing that so we dont have to share.

For the couple of hours I was really impressed, it worked perfectly, and much faster than my other Chromebooks. But the next morning after I received it from Amazon it had a real hard time turning on, when it did, it turned itself off while I used it. Called tech support. They couldnt fix it. Now I have to sent it to Texas to a repair shop, and wait a couple of weeks to get it back. CONSUMER WARNING: if you get an imperfect computer, it wont be a fast fix, if it can be fixed at all. The tech guy said that if I had ordered it from a store, I could have just taken it back to the store and just get a new one, but since I bought it from Amazon, it has to be sent for repair.

It was a gift for my granddaughter, she loves it.

Really upset spent alot of money on this product and it stopped working... I cant replace it and need it for school....

I bought this for my daughter and it has replaced her iPad o its a winner!
