I got this for personal use only, which means I used it only in the evenings. After less than four months use, it just died. I was actually playing a game of SUDOKU, set it down to get a drink from the kitchen, and when I came back it was out, and has not turned back on since. A total waste of money. I heard the same thing happened to several others who used them for work. The touch screen was not very sensitive, and it would take a long time to boot up. Such a shame, definitely wont buy another!

Love it and I am still getting used to it. I dont like games etc on the computer I use for books and personal business so I bought one like this as my old one died. Works very well.

The reported dimensions of this screen are pretty deceptive. What you actually receive is one of the more narrow aspect ratios of usable screen space I have ever seen in a touchscreen device. The screen is also pretty dark even at the brightest level compared to my other tablets and laptops. Trying to use it in tablet mode with how average website are designed was pretty impossible with the aspect ratio making the screen so narrow and long. It is not intuitive at all and felt quite a bit like looking at a small phone since the ratio made the text appear pretty small to compensate for the width limitation in tablet mode. I bought it as a gift for someone and was so put off by how it looked in tablet mode and the incredible cheap plastic built with large seams on the body all over the place ready to pop open, that I returned it for something more solid and honest about screen quality.

My daughter loves it. She is 12. She uses it for her school work. Money well spent.

Had to send it back. Would not retain a password and then any app added would disappear. Acer said that the only thing they could do was a factory reset. We had to change Google password 4 times and it never worked. We’ve had an Acer tablet before and never had any trouble. Now it’s messed up things on the regular computer. Probably have to get someone more computer savy than me. Ordered an iPad.

It’s a really good computer for me to use everyday and the battery life is good too. I definitely recommend buying.

This thing was garbage. Set it up for my son, he used it a day then we got a CgromeOS is damaged message. Recovered the OS and he used it for school today. Now the piece of junk won’t charge. A week out of the return window so now we will have to wait for Acer to fix it. Skip this one.

My first laptop or tablet Ive had. I had no knowledge of either and this was so easy to get used to. Called the tech support number who helped me to get going and Im off to the races. Love this Chromebook!! It is so nice and battery holds 10 hours. Totally satisfied! Putting the 2 in 1 works amazing

The product is not a bad one, just that wen I got mine two days after it stop working, the company replaced it and it’s working out jus fine
